Staff were so friendly and helpful. Kim in particular showed us to our room and was brilliant. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. Enjoyed being able to let ourselves in and out and not feeling trapped by a curfew! Facilities in the room were as expected for the price.. simple and easy, just what we needed. Close to tram stop and great for walking!
The window in the room seemed a bit older, so let in a bit of cold air and also a fair bit of noise. Cars, sirens, couples arguing in the street etc were loud... Not the property's fault, but if you like a quiet space, you might not love it!

managed to get a shower
Stored our luggage for a few hours
Beds in the room seemed fine and fairly comfortable
had to leave the accommodation at 10.15pm at night to find alternative accommodation due to the noise from live rock band below as we had no other option with a 3 year old child trying to sleep.
The accommodation was accessed by a back door where the kitchen staff came in and out. The corridors all smelled of smoke.
The shower was a very basic electrical shower with heat but not much power
Breakfast was included but apparently they left a continental breakfast outside your room in the morning although we left at night.
We messaged hotel online asking for a refund but received this message back ‘ Unfortunately we are above a pub. We have artist on.’
The rooms may work for someone who wants to go out on the town and come back early morning but certainly didn’t suit a family.
