Everything is fine, however, I notice some big ants in the kitchen area.

The property itself was fine. Area is amazing. They were accusing me of not returning the parking and garage pass. I’m glad I videoed myself returning it.

Great location. Did not provide a parking pass as promised. No soap to wash with. Great view and layout.

Arrived at hotel. Didn’t get a garage pass to access parking so had to pay for parking elsewhere. Had to walk luggage to apartment, just to find out the key fob doesn’t work so now we can’t use the elevator and have to walk up four flights of stairs with all of our belongings. Got upstairs to get changed for game and left. After we came back we noticed a box of my shoes were missing. Called Custer service, nothing was done about my shoes. All I kept being told was that “the building is secure and you are safe” …… exactly.

Place wasn’t set up conveniently as we didn’t have towels until the 2nd day and the parking pass wasn’t returned from previous guest so we had to walk a block away with all of our stuff. The place itself was lovely and I was very pleased with the location and everything.

We did not like this property so much we actually just left and drove an hour and a half home. The check in process for this place was awful. They asked for a ridiculous amount of information including me taking a selfie with my drivers license the day I was supposed to be checking in. So while I’m traveling all day I’m getting constant messages to send them more information and for them to charge my card additional fees. Then when we arrived there was absolutely no parking. We called the property help number and she told us to park in the alley way where there were no parking signs. We told her we can’t park there, so she had us park in the handicap area so we could go in to get our stuff. We had to follow a 17 step instruction manual to get to our room. We had to have a code to get into the door, then a code to get to the key, then a key to get to the parking pass. Then we had to go back out to our car and drive it to an assigned parking spot. Then we had to find the elevator up by using a key fob. We arrived in the room and it was terrible. We could hear our neighbors and dogs barking in other rooms. The back door to the hotel was unlocked and connected to other units so thank goodness someone didn’t decide to be waiting there for us when we arrived. The quality of the bed was atrocious and uncomfortable. Like I said,we ended up leaving our keys. I tried to contact several people to find out if I could just cancel the night we didn’t stay and pay for the night we did. Nope
