Abbiamo alloggiato nell'appartamento su due livelli per 4 persone. Ottima la posizione, ideale per gli spostamenti alla Valletta. L'appartamento si trova in un palazzetto storico e tipico, molto piacevole anche il balconcino su cui sono presenti un tavolino con due sedie su cui rilassarsi. Apprezzata la presenza della lavatrice. Ottima la disponibilità dei proprietari che rispondono in maniera sollecita e si sono resi disponibili per un deposito bagagli extra.
Purtroppo l'appartamento avrebbe bisogno di una migliore cura: il bagno al piano inferiore si trova praticamente nel seminterrato e di conseguenza molto umido. Non lo abbiamo praticamente usato in quanto le scale per raggiungerlo non sono comodissime e le uniche volte in cui siamo scese, abbiamo trovato gli scarafaggi. Al piano di sopra le camere da letto e la zona Living sono carine, peccato per il bagno piccolo presente in camera da letto, molto piccolo e trasandato. Il doccino era arrugginito, rotto e di conseguenza schizzava acqua ovunque. Lavandino minuscolo e rubinetto che si staccava dalla base del lavandino. Dalle finestre e dal bagno esalano gli odori della fognatura, non affatto piacevole sentirli in camera.

Ubicación excelente. Amabilidad y facilidades para la llegada y la salida.Cocina bien equipada y zona común espaciosa. Camas cómodas. Tranquilo y sin ruidos. Repetirismos y lo recomendaremos.
Estaría bien tener jabón de manos en los baños y gel. Las habitaciones son pequeñas y están en el piso de arriba, para nosotros no era un problema.

Emplacement proche du centre ville, suffisamment à l’écart pour ne pas entendre la musique des restaurants. L’appartement était propre contrairement à nos voisines. La chambre agréable et jolie, l’armoire aurait pu être un peu plus grande. Correctement équipé. Espace suffisant. Service client très réactif notamment pour remplacement grille pain, stopper une alarme qui sonnait intempestivement. Reste une location agréable dans un vieil immeuble restauré de La Valette.
Decors un peu froid. Service minimum. Pas d’éponge. Un seul torchon pour la vaisselle. Liquide vaisselle et liquide pour les mains dans des petites fioles pas pratique. Des équipements abandonnés : plus de porte savon dans la douche, plus de tablette au dessus du l’évier, ne reste que les accroches. Cafetière et télé nécessitant un adapteur, un seul dispo, il faut choisir entre la télé et le café. La table et les chaises dans le bon Windows sont coincés entre la machine à laver et la serpillière. Rien pour attacher les rideaux qu’il faut coincer pour faire passer la lumière. Les vitres pas nettoyées depuis des années ? Pas de souplesse : les codes sont envoyés à l’heure d’arrivée. Reste acceptable, le strict nécessaire est là mais donne la sensation que ces locations sont simplement de l’investissement sans esprit du service et satisfaction client. Heureusement que le service client compense par sa réactivité.

Near to the main area but hilly to get to
We couldn’t get in for over an hour as we didn’t have internet so couldn’t receive the codes or any info. Had to phone daughter in England several times. The code we were given for front door (10 digits) did not work and only got in with cleaners help who then found out our flat no and other code for flat. We then popped over to shop and couldn’t get back in with pad no given to us. Shopkeeper had to phone you to get the emergency 4 digit code. If we had key fob we wouldn’t have had to keep putting in codes every time we went out. Also internet code didn’t work

Ben posizionato, adiacente alle vie più frequentate, arredamento molto carino e con tutti i comfort e le cose essenziali, clima in ogni stanza, ascensore comodo. Stanze spaziose a parte i bagni. Host gentilissimi e pronti a risolvere ogni problema.
L’appartamento avrebbe bisogno di più cura nei dettagli, finestre da sostituire, e muri da sistemare. I bagni piccoli e ogni tanto facevano puzza di fogna. Le docce da sistemare e aggiustare.

The location was fantastic and size of apartment. It was very clean and had comfortable beds.
Missing shower door and the other shower had a split in the hose!!! Looking now at past reviews these seem to have been a problem for a few months. They really need to be fixed!

Se stai pensando di prenotare un soggiorno in questa struttura, cambia idea, sei ancora in tempo. Ho prenotato un appartamento con altre due mie amiche e quando siamo arrivate, le foto non corrispondevano assolutamente a quello che pensavamo di aver pagato ma questo sarebbe stato il meno. In uno dei due bagnetti, il tubo dello scarico perdeva quindi per non allagare l'unica soluzione era quella di scaricare e poi chiudere l'acqua. Nell'appartamento c'era un terribile cattivo odore, la pulizia moooltoo approssimativa e le pareti avevano macchie di muffa. Unica soluzione dei gestori dell'appartamento "areare bene la casa", Booking in un primo momento, dopo aver ricevuto video e foto ci ha rassicurate che avremmo ricevuto rimborso da parte loro e, vista la documentazione, anche dalla struttura e ci ha consigliate di fare un'altra prenotazione. Così abbiamo fatto trovando un ottimo appartamento meno caro e ora che siamo tornate scopriamo che Booking rimborsa il 5% e la struttura 0! Grande Booking.com non mi sarei mai aspettata una così cattiva gestione di un problema reale e documentato. Pessimo il Customer care totalmente inaffidabile.
Appartamento maleodorante, sporco, con macchie di muffa e tubature che perdono. Servizio clienti sia di Booking che della struttura totalmente inadeguate e inaffidabili. Non prenotate un appartamento, ce ne sono tantissimi meglio posizionati e in ottimi palazzi.

good location - small shop located across the street useful - on 133 bus line with bus stop close by - adequate supplies for catering - have hangers in wardrobe - good towel supplied - welcome coffee/tea and washing up liquid provided - air conditioner worked well
tv did not connect to any channels - wine cork puller doesn't work - controls on shower very sensitive so slight touch could easily be too hot or cold - limited number of glasses/mugs if catering for more than 2 people - terrace very sparse with small chairs and seating impeded by lots of housecleaning equipment - tall curtains very difficult to open or close.

Bagni: ciechi senza sistema di areazione; una delle docce con muffe sia sul doccino che sul piatto doccia; pressione dell'acqua insufficiente.
Scolapiatti arrugginito completamente; aria condizionata non funzionante in una camera da letto, cosa nota all'albergatore (c era scritto l'avviso di non azionare l interruttore xchè impianto non funzionante) che non ha avvisato del disguido.

The location was perfect. It was in the center of Valletta near to the main attractions. Also, there was a convenience store across the street.
The apartment smelled musty all the time because the bathrooms have no ventilation. The bedrooms and the bathrooms were very small and that was really uncomfortable. There was no water pressure in the showers and
one of the shower phones was broken. In one bedroom the aircondition did not work. This was very difficult for us with Malta's high temperatures, especially for the baby.

Everything! Location was great, on a quiet street and near to the center. The apartment was fantastic! We loved the loft option, it is fully refurbished and the maltee balcony, just lovely!
No negative comments at all/ just a little detail: the shower should be repaired as there was not much water pressure but maybe it is due to the old building system. Also the pans should be changed, they are quite all but not a significant issue

Verry bad management ... i reached the room , the airco was not working ... i called the number of the management, they promised me to repair it next day but they didnt ... so i had to make an early check out
They didnt accept to pay me back my money for the left days ... i don't recomend this proprety
Verry upset ... i payed my money for nothing
So .... i dont advice anyone to get involved with a proprety like this

Firstly, Brilliant location! Dates were wrong and the staff allowed us to change dates and even though this meant we had to move accomodation, we got an upgrade to the penthouse! Which is brilliant - highly recommend! Loft really good for a lovely family holiday with a wee dressing room/walk in wardrobe too. Place to leave luggage at start and end of stay. Staff really helpful, prompt responses and place really clean!
If you like a powerful shower; the power didn't reach to top of the building where we were. Flat 5 and then Penthouse. Bit trickly in both flats. Could've done with some handsoap in the bathrooms; but niggles really.

The location was perfect. We were at the property prior to checking in and I called and we were able to store our luggage. The air conditioning was great. There was a convenience store across the street. Would stay again.
There was no pool. There was no shower head in one of the bathrooms.

the toaster needs to be replaced.. the toast got stuck in it lots of times and burned!

This is a compact apartment but it has everything you need to make a break in Malta comfortable. It was very clean and we had a change of linen after three days. There is enough crockery etc to make simple meals. The shower is extremely good and there is more than enough really hot water. Its location is probably the best feature - you are within five to ten minutes walk from all the main attractions in Valletta. There is a convenience store right across the street and another around the corner. There are any number of cafes, bars and restaurants less than five minutes walk away.
The seating is a little functional and not very comfortable which is a shame as you spend a lot of time walking in Valletta.
It can’t be helped but because it is on the street opposite a convenience store which is open early until late it can be noisy.

The property was easy to communicate with and answered most of my queries. The room was well lit and had a spacious living/kitchen area. One bed was super comfortable whilst the other not as much. The design and style of the Duplex apartment is very cute. A Convenience shop is located right across so it was easy buying snacks, water etc.
We were not advised that one shower door was broken and thus taking a shower was a little messy. We had one ensuite with a toilet and basin and the other ensuite just a shower. The drains in the shower were omitting a funny smell but we solved it by keeping that door firmly shut. Also there seems to be an electrical wiring problem. When you switch on the main bathroom light, a bulb in the kitchen starts to flicker.

We had a wonderful stay in Tritoni Borgo in Valletta. Charming, in the heart of Valletta, it really added to the whole experience. The manager even provided additional adapters upon our request within a few hours. All in all, you can’t go wrong with this apartment.

Excellent location, close to main square, beautiful Valleta gardens & public transport on one side, also close by walking distance from waterfront area on the other side, vicinity of nice & good restaurants.
After booking we asked if there were special needed adapters in the apartment, owner said yes but after arrival we realized there isn't one in the apartment so we contacted him and second day he brought one for us in the apartment.

the host was a little impersonal and overcharged us at first, however has agreed to refund us the extra charges for a mistake after we raised it up with him a week later.

Such a cute apartment in the heart of Valletta. Great location and nice apartment. It was great to have an ensuite for each bedroom, and pods provided for making a cup of coffee. We even had some wine waiting for us on arrival. The living ans kitchen area was very spacious for when we were tired of roaming about outside.
