また泊まりたいと思いましたし友達にもおすすめしたいです。

スタッフの対応がとても良く快適に過ごせました。部の内装が高級感あり落ち着いた感じで気に入りました。トイレットペーパーホルダーに埃もなく行き届いた清掃がされてると感じました。

Expensive

Great to stay on mountain. The ski field is incredible here. The buffet was great we definitely over ate though as we were trying to get our money's worth

Very expensive for basic hospitality. It has big resort energy here you are just another number didn't feel valued like the majority of other accommodations we stayed during trip.

Great snow resort, hotel still has lots things can do better

The hotel has the great snow resort, the snow resort is fabulous, the facilities in the resort are good. Very enjoy to play there. Staffs are friendly and tried to help and solve problems. The onsen are great, they have inside and outside area.

I have to say, the hotel is not good with its value. Everything in there are charge more than others, but didn’t seems to have better qualities. The hotel didn’t have its medical room even it’s far away from town. Hotel doesn’t have a convenience shop for guest to get some simple staff, my husband couldn’t even buy cigarette there, you have to take their shuttle bus to station for shopping (it may take 2 hours for one round. There are only 4 restaurants for dinner in the hotel, you couldn’t find any other around there if you don’t have car. Specially the Korean restaurant, everything went wrong from the entry. Wait 10 mins for seat ( with reservation), dishes are slow, wrong beverage serving, out of staff, mistaken bill payment, and the most unacceptable is they didn'tserve you with respect.

Resort bem estruturado e em local ótimo, custo benefício ruim, falta equipe mais bem preparada.

Localização ótima, onsen muito bom

falta de amenities, falta de opções de refeições e de qualidade abaixo da expectativa (preço alto não condiz com a qualidade oferecida), falta de divulgação de outras atividades alem do ski e snowboard.

Enjoyed 2023 summer vacation with family

This vacation was all about enjoying 2023 summer with my family and playing in the pool. The pool facilities were beautiful and we enjoyed it very much.

There was no cafe in the property and swiming pool bar staff service wasn't good.

Beautiful hotel with excellent ski in/ski out facilities. Gondola station short walk from main hotel. Not a lot of food options within the hotel but what was there was good.

i booked for a couple and a 4 years old kid and I had only two single bed so I asked for a 3rd bed and the hotel wanted to charge me 5000 yen per day. I explained the situation but very stiff and not customer service oriented. I called the booking.com customer care and they fixed it but I didn’t like the way the approach the guest.

We came as a family of 3 with a 11 month baby and had a nice stay but felt it was overpriced.

Non ski activities, staff was great, beds were comfortable, free shuttle to station, great baby bed

Nice ski resort with potential to grow

Lovely resort in front of a mountain with ski facilities. The staff is friendly and helpful but almost half of them speak English not so well. The room is spacy and clean. Internal decoration is stylish but getting older, since our last visit 3 years ago the resort keep losing its charm without maintenance.

The arrangement of lunch and dinner during the first days after New Year was terrible. The resort has four restaurants, all of which had no space if the guest didn't make a reservation. Lunch sets are simple and straight - 3-4 vegs and local food options. The closest outside restaurant is 30 min by taxi one way.

Our experience overall was great. All the staff were polite and friendly. They say hello to us each time we see each other. The facility is located in an amazing place with all the nature and the ski resort.

The price of the on-site restaurants was quite high, and we couldn’t afford to dine in for all meals. There's additional charge for the pool even for the guests who stay there. The location is a little isolated so it takes a 10 minute drive to get to the nearest convenience store.

honestly I wouldn’t bother.

beautiful property. the service overall and choice in the bars, restaurants etc is not commensurate with the price. it’s not normal to try to charge $30 a person to use the hotel pool when you have spent $600 a night on a room.

I haven’t any problem with paying $600 a night for a room (large room for a family of 4) if it’s worth it. but this isn’t worth it.

5 star facility: 2 star restaurants and service quality

5 star offpiste experience and hotel facility.

2-3 star restaurants and staff service. You can really tell they cheap out on paying for quality staff. Food option is limited and way overpriced for the service and quality. Alcohol selection was limited. Went to a steak restaurant but they only had 4 types of budget red or white wine. If you’re a wine enthusiast, wine selection is very disappointing to say the least.

We love it and will be back to explore more ski activities!

We liked the ski-in, ski-out feature and dinner set prices across all restaurants were the same. the food was delicious and the staffs were very helpful. the pro party has a shuttle bus that offered free pick up and drop off at the Jyoetsu-Myoko station.

our room was not cleaned until 4pm and air conditioner was set to 23 degrees which is too warm for us.
