Upstairs has an amazing floor plan with even more sleeping space! The TV room has 2 queen size beds, a queen size sofa bed, and a bunk room with two twin beds and a Pac Man video game console. This home grants you access to the double garage for extra parking that houses fishing poles, 2 kayaks, and a paddle board for your use.
Outside, the porch area is to DIE for with plenty of outdoor seating, a dining table, gas grill, and an extra ice machine with a sink area to clean those fish you caught! There is a lawn perfect for a game of cornhole and a seating area just at the water's edge. You may tie up a boat at the dock and use the jetski port should you decide to bring them with you! This home is located off of Centerport Road and is close to Chuck's Marina and Union Boat Ramp for your convenience. PLEASE NOTE: Water levels can fluctuate (even at full pool) due to the lack of rain. Big Fish is not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause. You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.
