Superb

The staff is very professionally trained. There is no communication problem. They can understand the need of guests, especially the foreign ones. It is well-equipped with a proper writing desk, electric kettle for hot water, fridge and most importantly, there are soundproofing windows. People can freely choose to enjoy the natural wind and sounds from the street or just live quietly in the AC room. The breakfast was nice. That's definitely a surprise.

Not so many eateries for solo traveller around the neighborhood.

The hotel building as such is nice and clean and the breakfast is decent.

There were lots of flies in the room. The room barely had the facility to move around. The location is also next to the train station and hence noisy. The reception staff was not very friendly.

I just enjoyed my stay there.

Tea, fruits and soujee with raisins ...

Some guests next door were enjoying and they have their full right yo do it but they were singing a bit aloud and it was about 23h30 ...

I would love to come back

location - it’s 30 meters from the Jogeshwar station. during day time you will find 100s of auto outside station but no traffic jam.there is a McDonald’s in the sae building. if you want to eat outside then Delhi darbar and Delhi Zaika are good restaurants Staff is very helpful. Radha, Sagar and Sumit . one of group members left their phone in the room on checkout but then the staff helped us to find it . I left my book and they find it next day. I saw lots of good comments on review and now I know the reason sound prof- hotel is on busy road you can see the train station but noise inside rooms were clean. bath rooms were clean

Good place to stay on the rail line.

Good, tasty breakfasts, but served in the room. Very friendly staff. Good basic hotel and good soundproofing

Good place for a short stay

The rooms were small yet perfectly clean and so were the bathrooms. The staff especially Radha and other guy at reception were exceptional, courteous and prompt.

Location was a bit off-putting, just next to a local railway line but for some it could be a big plus

All over everything was good. Location,cleanliness, plus point that we really liked is elevator. As we booked superior room, room size was pretty good and comfortable.

The only thing that needs to be improved is the reception person. The lady named "Radha" was bit impolite and bossy, she made us change our baggage from here to there and she was speaking rudly :/ But there were 2 other guys at reception at night (Sumit or someone I cant recall name correctly) both were kind, helpful and polite.

Superb

Great location, and really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay is the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

The breakfast is not up to par, the quality of the food could be improved.

Stay at Hotel J.Esvi

Location very near to Jogeshwari Railway Station and airport within 15-20 mins. Courteous staffs, timely responses,toilets were clean, water is good, having lift facilities.

Rooms could have been some more spacious, beds are clean but bedspread needs improvement, cupboards should be maintained properly, can have smoking and non smoking rooms seperately.
