bad area and location of the room is at the back of the hotel

The location was far from ideal. Essentially, the hotel comprised converted flats in a modest-sized building. While the reception area was situated in one part of the building, our room was positioned at the rear, and it could only be reached from outside the hotel. In essence, the location was bad and our room was adjacent to residences of lower-middle-class individuals which I didn't expect as I was staying with my family.

Disappointing

The staff were very helpfull. The premises was dissappointing. Narrow passage ways. staff are sleeping along the passageways. Feel very sorry for the staff.

The outside of the premise is not clean.

Small room with terribe sound isolation

Staff was polite and agreed to reduce the noise coming from their phones in the middle of the night

No shower in the bathroom - only a bucket to be used for pouring water over oneself Poor bathroom hygiene Extremely small room Terrible sound isolation - constant noise from the hall, where staff was watching Indian movies Room was not ready by the indicated check in time Dirty bedsheets

The room was good with two double beds and one single bed. The staff was very cooperative and helpful.

The location of the room was weird. The door opened directly to the street. It was weird to open the door and see the street, not any corridor. So if you want to talk to someone over the phone, you must go to the street. There could be more lights in the room.
