Roadside hotel!

There is a restaurant nearby that we can eat.

It’s terribly dirty under the beds, everything is black, full of dirt. The bedside tables are dirty. I found bedbugs in the bed. I brought it to the reception, showed it on video 📹, they started to prove to me that it was a cockroach. I didn’t want to argue with them and prove that it was a bedbug and not a cockroach. The hotel is located right next to the road. And on the street it’s terrible what’s going on, there’s a lot of noise from all the traffic. The hotel is not at all worthy of three stars.😡

Excellent

Room is spacious. Very customer friendly. Provided breakfast too.. Helped in all the means. Overall Excellent service. Just 2.5 KM to US visa consulate. Special Thanks to Ibrahim.

Hotel was at prime location. Provided complementary breakfast

We were shifted to a room next day which is half of the size of old room and when asked for bigger room says cost about 200 more. Which was not communicated before.

Overall, cleanliness and hospitality are good.

As per our booking, complimentary breakfast was not included. But, they voluntarily agreed to offer it. Anyway, we're not able to avail it due to early leaving the hotel during our stay.

Behaviour with Customers n Rooms service

Only staff service

Reception Staff behaviour because she didn't understanding the customers situation n the tym of checking out they will not give 10-to 20 min more in any circumstances I didn't understanding y but they use to show that they have only 1 room available in the whole hotel we also understand the other customers camed but provide 10-20 min grace to the customers which r already in ur hotel frm lst few days N last the bed is not good in other rooms in deluxe room it's ok.

My two days stay in hotel plaza executive (3rd Oct 2022 to 5th oct 2022)

I like the hotel. During my visit Ibrahim is at the reception desk and I have got easy check in and out. Ibrahim is always in a smiling face and he is at all time ready to help us. Room is ok and clean. Everyday they clean the room and toilet.

A/C water falling on the bed. Its uncomfortable situation. Bath room is small but could be managed. Wash besin is too small and its not usable for hand wash.

Location is not comfortable for family.surrounding area is very very smoking,no windows and more conjusted .For 1day stay it is ok and its good hotel ..They provide very small single bottle for per person per day .for veg dinner near by hotel test is not good..As per overall hotel price is very high and as shown in Google photo actual hotel condition is normal ..

It was a small hotel filled with love ❤ . The madam at the reception took the extra step to take care of me.

Location. The hotel is close to the airport but in the monsoons it took me an hour to get to the airport. Almost missed my plane. Plan the travel with uber well in advance.
