Both features two bedrooms and one bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed, while the second bedroom has two twin bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. There is additional space just behind the living room, and you have direct access to the waterfront from the entrance.
Note: There are 4 units total on the property, side by side.
