Set in this exceptional panorama, just 1.5km from the centre of Combloux village and 5 minutes drive from Combloux or Megève ski slopes (Princesse cable car), this luxury chalet has a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a large, tastefully decorated living room, 5 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, a fitness room with a large sauna and a home trainer, and 2 large outdoor terraces where you can enjoy the breathtaking views.
Close to Chamonix (30min), Annecy (60min), Geneva (55min) and Courmayeur in Italy (50min), Combloux is a village resort ideally located for enjoying outdoor activities in the Mont Blanc region.
In winter, take advantage of the Evasion Mont-Blanc ski area (400km of ski slopes).
In summer, the biotope lake in the heart of the village of Combloux offers pure, natural water without any chemical treatment.

- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90*200 cm that can be joined together, a private bathroom with bath, a television and a study area.
- 1 bedroom with a 160*200cm double bed, a private bathroom with shower and a study area
- 1 dormitory room, ideal for children, with 4 single 90cm*190cm bunk beds and a bathroom with a large shower
- 1 fitness room with a large sauna and a home trainer with a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc
- 1 separate WC
Upper level:
- 1 master bedroom with a 160*200 cm double bed, television, large desk area, 1 bathroom with double washbasin, shower and balcony
- 1 bedroom with a 160*200 cm double bed, television and bathroom with shower
A heated garage equipped for storing ski equipment and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer are also available. For added comfort, the chalet is equipped with a heat pump and underfloor heating.
Cot and high chair are also available.
Garden and two terraces facing Mont Blanc with outdoor tables, electric barbecue and deckchairs.
Private courtyard with parking for at least 3 cars.
The price includes cleaning, household linen (sheets and towels provided) and Wi-Fi access.
Cleaning service available during your stay and concierge services available on request.
