This Lower Deer Valley mountain home is perched on a hill, providing the ideal balance between privacy, tranquility, and convenience. Thoughtfully designed with 7 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, there is plenty of space for up to 18 people.
This cozy retreat combines the rustic charm of nature with an organic and modern artistic flair. The inviting great room is one where natural wood beams and stone walls seamlessly blend. Warm, inviting textures like plush throws, velvet cushions, and woolen rugs result in comfortable mountain living.
The open living space on the main floor features a spacious living room and fireplace to enjoy sweeping views of the Park City mountains. The open, professional-grade kitchen, large dining table, and high vaulted ceilings make this the centerpiece and central place for gathering your whole crew.
This home’s layout is excellent for 3 or 4 families with kids. The open spaces, sitting rooms, and game room allow for multiple uses among different ages. The bathroom and bedroom layout is ideal for each family having a bathroom along with kids having their own bathroom in the bunkroom.
