For extended family vacations, this house is perfect for multi-generations and the elderly with a bedroom and full bath on the main floor. On the second floor, there is a large master suite with a deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the Nubble Lighthouse. Also, on the second floor, there are 3 more BR's, two with a queen bed one and a full bed in the other, and one with two bunk sets with full bottoms and twin tops as well as a queen bed that can sleep 8. Amenities include 3 full baths, fully stocked kitchen, 2 fridges, 42' flat screen TV with cable and wireless internet, central vac, 2 car garage and wonderful decks overlooking the ocean. The upper deck has another table and chairs that seats 8, 2 loungers to relax and soak up the sun and a comfy sectional couch and chairs to watch the waves crash against the rocks with a glass of wine and a good book. Traveling with kids??? We are the place for you. In the lower level is our game room! We have a pool table, ping pong, air hockey, dart board, games, movies, books and puzzles. We have tried to think of your family, knowing that sometimes it rains and sometimes the kids need to be entertained. We are so lucky in York. We have 4 beautiful public beaches to choose from, and if that is not enough, take a quick ride to Ogunquit and enjoy that public beach, great shopping and dining as well. Or make a day of it and jump on board a whale watching boat or deep sea fishing vessel in Perkins Cove. If bargain shopping is what you are looking for, we have the great factory outlets in Kittery, just down the road. There is so much to do in our area we just can't cover it. Of course, a Maine vacation is all about relaxing so leave yourself plenty of time to sit and enjoy the ocean.

Day of taking occupancy, received a call from Heidi that a double booking occurred, leaving us without a place to stay. After a few frantic hours of searching everywhere, Heidi found one property that was available, hyped it to us as an upgrade which it was in terms of size and high end finishes. However, the house was still under renovation, unsafe for small children, and dirty. We were no told of the house’s condition before arriving there. Due to asthmatic grandchildren I had specifically booked a house with central air, this mansion lacked a/c in some common rooms. The owner and Heidi were not honest about the conditions of the house, leaving us with either no vacation or making the best of it. We chose to make the best of it. Heidi agreed to send a pair of cleaners back on Sunday to clean 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. I only had access to a half bath and shared with my grandsons. A workman came and installed a window air conditioner into a bedroom for my grandson. We left the house cleaner than when we arrived and I will never rent through Heidi’s management company again.

The size of the house and layout of the space was perfect! The location is fantastic, walking distance to Nubble light house and Dunes ice cream. Short drive to both Long and Short Sands. We really enjoyed all of the above. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the house was extremely poor and we spend the first few days cleaning ourselves. Floors were really dirty, basement wasn't clean at all, floors not swept and sticky, ping pong table not wiped at all, bedding was sandy( linen was from dry cleaners and was good) and under beds and near corners of room were trash and dirt (old band aid, pacifiers, wrappers). We we're excited when the cleaners called us at 2:30pm to say the property was ready early, and unfortunately, seems like only a surface level cleaning is done. Also, the property outside is not maintained, overgrown bushes, yard hard to access (poop on the lawn when we got there). Hope the property company will share this with the owner as the house could be a 5 star if the cleaning was done better.

While the house has beautiful views and the check-in process was easy, we were disappointed with the overall condition and cleanliness. The kitchen floors were dirty, the coffee pot had leftover grinds, and the grill was filthy. The outdoor furniture was covered in pollen, and we had to spend a lot of time cleaning. The grounds were overgrown and unkempt, and the house and furniture were in more than used shape. Despite informing the rental company, we never heard back. The overall experience did not meet our expectations.

Rented the home to host family and friends attending my daughter’s college graduation at UNH. Perfectly sized for large families and celebrating. Location wasAMAZING!!! Could see Nubble from both upper and lower decks and can easily walk there in < 5 min. Dunne’s ice cream also a short walk

Wonderful location and beautiful outdoor spaces. The property is a bit dated, and we were disappointed that the pool table and cue sticks were wobbly and beat up (since that amenity was one of the primary draws for our family) - but it was still a great stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. The guys really enjoyed the game room downstairs!! The only problem I saw was that there was no outside lights that worked by the driveway so when you get back at night it is dark.
Beautiful view of the lighthouse.!!

We chose this property for the views of the lighthouse, and it did not disappoint. We could watch the sunrise over the lighthouse in the mornings. Practically across the street from the lighthouse and an easy walk, about a mile, into York. Great location and wonderful stay

Had great weather for our stay. Convenient short walk to the light house. Mattresses in the bunk room were very uncomfortable and noisy (couldn't roll over without making a lot of noise). Not much sound insulation to the house- could hear every noise and echo from every room/floor. Furniture needs moved and cleaned under-couch in living room had a buildup of dirt. Otherwise pretty clean. Property Manager was very quick to answer our request/needs. Overall very nice place to stay!

The view from the upstairs bedrooms were amazing. The kitchen was nice and there was plenty of room to spread out for alone time.

The house is very roomy and well laid out. Kitchen is well equipped. The stove top needs a very thorough cleaning.
All of the doors leading to the decks are old and not well maintained (beyond maintenance really, need to be replaced). During heavy rain the doors and windows leaked. Many of the crank windows have been stripped and do not work. Outside plants are growing into the windows that are permanently open.
The furniture needs complete and thorough steam cleaning. Or it should all be replaced. Noticeable smells on all living room furniture upholstery. We paid extra to bring a dog. Our dog was much cleaner than your furniture.
Carpeting needs a thorough cleaning as well, especially the runner on the main staircase.
Two humidifiers are provided, one upstairs and one downstairs. Neither are set up to drain. We had to mounts them on top of our coolers to provide enough capacity to capture the condensed water. We had to manually drain them multiple times.
All in all if I could rate this property lower than one star I would. For the premium price we paid it was definitely NOT worth it.

Visited York Beach August 2023 with 12 family members, ages 11 to 83. Location was great, stones throw from Dunne’s ice cream and nubble lighthouse. Bit of a walk to short sands and long sands, but we needed the exercise. Great view, well stocked kitchen, lots of seating. Great stay!

My extended family and I stayed and had a wonderful week. We had everything we needed and lots of space. Convenient location as well.

We were a group of veterans who served together who attempt to gather once a year. The location and the house were incredible. Perfect for what we needed. We spent the days exploring small towns and lounged at the house in the mornings and evenings. Foxs lobster house is nearby and so are the small town shops. Our only complaint was having to make our own beds!

Had a great time!

The listing is as described. My favorite thing about it was that there were tons of spaces to hang out and play games and enjoy each other's company. There were some minor wear and tear things but that happens when you have large groups come through all the time. Made breakfast one morning and had everything I needed including 2 griddles and frying pans etc. In love with the back sun porch will miss my morning coffee there. Thanks for sharing your gorgeous house would stay again.

We planned a vacation with our extended family and this location was absolutely perfect. The home was very clean with plenty of space for everyone, inside and out.
Great location short walk to the Nubble and less than a mile each directions for short and long sands.
Our host was wonderful, even contacting us to let us check in early for the holiday weekend to beat the traffic.
Home was well stocked with all the things you would need. We cooked most of our meals at the home, including grilling.
We look forward to another visit in the future!

Wonderful stay in York beach with beautiful views, easy walk to the lighthouse and super short drive to the beach/downtown area. It was nice being here off season and relaxing. House seems to be undergoing improvements which are welcomed. The cleanliness was a bit disappointing - many dust bunnies, coffee area was dirty, kitchen cabinets and appliances needed to be wiped down, new bedding would be a plus. The living room sofa really needs a replacement - it is quite dirty and stained. Overall a nice place to stay with a big group. Lots of potential!

We stayed here for Christmas and it was perfect. Plenty of room for the 6 kids, the game room was a great escape for the kids. Open kitchen made it easy for cooking and to still be able to chat and see everyone.
We lost power due to a bad storm but there was a generator that automatically came on which was perfect.
Also being able to see the nubble lit up for Christmas from the house was a special touch. Would recommend!
