The utility includes a washing machine and tumble dryer. Bedrooms consist of a ground-floor double with en-suite, two super-king-size (one with en-suite), twin, and a separate staircase leading to another double. There is also a bathroom and boot room with table football. Enclosed garden with lawn, patio, furniture, barbecue, swing seat, hammock, pond (supervision for pets and children required), and 4-acre paddock. External games room with table tennis and off-road parking for six. WiFi, power, fuel, starter pack for fires, bed linen, and towels provided. Travel cot and highchair available. Two pets welcome. Town: Painswick, located only 10 miles from Cheltenham, is a town and civil parish in Gloucestershire. The town originated from the wool trade, but is now best known for its parish church’s yew trees and the local Rococo Garden. The village is mainly constructed of locally quarried Cotswold Stone. It stands on a hill in the Stroud district which overlooks one of the Five Valleys and is halfway along the Cotswolds Way National Trail. It is home to a cricket and rugby team and has a popular golf course on the outskirts of the town. There is a local pub The Royal Oak which offer real ales, real fires and a courtyard. Opposite the pub is a well-stocked village shop. A twenty minute walk from the village is the Painswick Beacon which affords vast views across Gloucester to the River Severn and the Malvern Hills. The Painswick Centre hosts many events and exhibitions and is home to the ACP Gallery. Painswick is 4 miles north of Stroud and 2 miles northwest of Slad – home of Laurie Lee, author of “Cider with Rosie”.
