Gut für kurzfristige Übernachtung.

Gut für kürzere oder spontane Aufenthalte, auch dank der Mini-Küche. Bad sehr komfortabel. Warmwasser ohne Vorlaufzeit.

Für die Stehleuchte sollte es einen Ratgeber zum Einschalten geben. Der Kühlschrank war nicht kalt genug. Diskretion bei der Toilette ist leider nicht gegeben, durch nur lose vorhängende Schiebetür.

Preis-Leistung ist gut

zentral, mit Parkplätze (10€/Tag), Frühstücksangebot (haben wir nicht benutzt), nicht hellhörig, kleine Kochnische, Balkon, freies WLan, Ventilator, hell, Personal freundlich, Kino und Restaurants in der Nähe

Kochuntensilien teilweise schon stark abgenutzt, im Bad ist Farbe abgeblättert, keine Klimaanlage, Möbel zum Teil stark abgenutzt, Badezimmer immer sehr warm, Betten sehr ungemütlich

Beim nächsten Besuch erwarten wir das vollständige Inventar in den gebuchten Zimmern.

Wiederholt fanden wir den Frühstücksraum, die Präsentation des Angebots sowie das sehr freundliche Personal top.

Wir planen bereits den nächsten Aufenthalt. Jedoch erwarten wir in unseren Zimmer das vollständige Inventar wie Kaffeemaschine und den mobilen Ventilator. Im Zimmer 2.105 fehlte die Kaffeemaschine und im Zimmer 2.101 der Ventilator

Ein sehr schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir hatten ein Studio. Die Raumaufteilung und das Platzangebot war sehr gut. Auch der große Schiebetürenschrank im Schlafzimmer bietet genügend Platz (auch für den Koffer!). Es ist eine „einfache“ Küchenzeile mit einer externen Kochplatte und einer Mikrowelle sowie das notwendige Geschirr vorhanden (reicht für die Zubereitung für ein kleines Essen, jedoch nicht für ein großes Menü). Es sind auch 2 TV’s vorhanden (Wohn- und Schlafzimmer). Das Personal war sehr freundlich und es war sehr sauber!

Leider schaut man vom Balkon auf eine Baustelle.

Gut durchdachtes Konzept. Rezeption trotz Feiertag geöffnet. Gut ausgestattete Zimmer sogar mit integrierter Küchenzeile. Top Preis Leistung Verhältnis. Gute Busanbindung. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Schön eingerichtete Zimmer, mit allem was nötig ist. Kochecke überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet.

Leider nicht das gebuchte Zimmer erhalten. Konnte aber geklärt werden.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Das Personal im Restaurant (Zwei Frauen) waren sehr sympathisch und zuvorkommend. Und der Afrikaner am Empfang war au sehr sympatisch.

Am Abkunftstag war ein Mitarbeiter der sehr unhöflich war.

Sauberes Hostel mit sehr großen Zimmern in leider gar nicht schöner Lage

Sauberes Appartment, kleine Küche vorhanden, ausreichend Handtücher, Balkon

Die Lage ist überhaupt nicht zentral. Umringt von Baustellen liegt das Hotel zwar nicht meilenweit vom Bahnhof weg, aber alles andere als in der Nähe zu irgendwelchen "schönen Ecken" (Altstadt etc.) Heidelbergs. Das wird leider hier sehr irreführend beschrieben. Wir mussten dann leider mit dem Auto nochmal los fahren, um irgendwo essen gehen zu können.

Molto pratico con un mini cucinino con incluso il frigorifero. Bagno comodo con una bella doccia.

Mi aspettavo una stanza più grande dalle foto, è tutto molto compatto. La posizione è un po' scomoda da raggiungere a piedi.

No decompression, only a lesson 😒

The balcony was cool, and the room was clean. The kitchenette had good tools (despite the fridge not working.) Bathroom was large and bright.

The fridge did not work at all, spoiling our goods. We booked this hotel because it was listed as an amenity. Without AC, the room grew very hot, which accentuated the issue. Front desk closed way too early to address our problem, and we received NO communication from either number listed to call, or from the messaging service. Furthermore, we were given 1 room key for a 2 adult-booked room. Considering you need the key to even enter the hallway, AND the room key is required for any lights to work in the room, this was a massive inconvenience. Sadly, no compensation was even offered.

Worst hotel experience in my life

1) the hotel does not correspond to the declared level - this is a real hostel - we can’t talk about four stars ( 2) the hostel is located right on the construction site and at 6.45 I was awakened by unbearably loud sounds of jackhammers and other works.

Good and standardised rooms in a terrible location with unmotivated staff

Good and standardised rooms with sufficient equipment and a simple but spacious balcony facing the south side. The room offers everything to prepare a simple and proper meal. You know what to expect when viewing their photos of the amenities. Bathroom was clean and furniture comfortable. Very safe parking lot, easy to access with a lot of empty spaces left.

Terrible location, extremely difficult to reach by car due to huge construction sites that cause a lot of dust in the environment. Loud construction noises start from 7am and hinder a good sleep. Staff on site kept it as a secret and was generally not motivated or communicative. I wrote a question in the booking.com chat about their parking options and the staff was unresponsive and ignored my request. Although announced, there was no maid/cleaning service. No A/C available and centralised ventilation system don’t work. In summer, outdoor temperatures of 25 C (77 F) heat indoor temperatures up - due to a missing air circulation there is no running cooling system. Value for price rather unbalanced.

The staff was very welcoming on arrival and the rooms tidy and clean.

The hotel never responded to any of the emails sent through the booking platform. It was also difficult to obtain a bill. The location is also a bit far from downtown.

No EV charger if you arrive late

We rented a studio for my family to stay overnight while traveling. The room is very spacious and fairly modern.

The main reason we stayed here was because we could charge our electric car overnight. Not a charger in sight, unfortunately. And since the reception closes at 18.00 and we arrived later than that (you can get the room key from a locker), there was no one around to ask. As it turned out the next morning, the charger was in the parking garage, which you can only access with the help of the reception. They did wave the parking fee to make up for the inconvenience.
