Value for money with great staff!

A simple boutique type hotel located in a fairly approachable distance from all the tourist attractions and commercial spots. Great value for money! hospitality is awesome! Big thanks to Narendra Singh.

nothing really to dislike! just be little careful using the Bathroom area, it’s laid with smooth tiles all along :)

Excellent, no frills hotel

Excellent, no frills hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is located in a noisy neighbourhood but it's close to everywhere you need to go. I would definitely stay here again.

Minor problems with the air conditioning and the shower.

Quello che non viene mostrato è che è su una strada molto trafficata, e quando abbiamo prenotato avevamo capito fosse un po’ più vicina al centro, ma non è così. La struttura è carina nulla di eclatante e il prezzo per ciò che viene offerto è un po’ altino. Alla fine il soggiorno è andato bene.

Decepción entre lo que se muestra en las fotos y lo que ofrece el hotel y sus instalaciones

Poca cosa

Edificio viejo, baño descuidado. Desayuno indio poco apetitoso. Solo comía tostadas, tortilla y dos tipos de fruta.

Grande chambre Confort des lits ok

Propreté générale à revoir Équipement à changer et petit travaux nécessaires (lavabo qui fuit...) Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre familiale

Bien pour 2 nuits de visite à Jaipur.

Très bon accueil, pas cher du tout. Petit déjeuner en terrasse.

Salle de restaurant un peu sombre. Pas du tout de vue.

Great stay - would come again!

booked for 4 nights, extended another 3. Loved our time at H R Palace. Recommend staying there! + great roof top terrace (day & night) + delicious food + very friendly and helpful staff + shower has a curtain! + big, comfy bed + close (walkable) to main train station

- Wifi was not the best

Amazing hotel exceptionally priced. Would recommend

The location, staff and room were amazing. Staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was beautifully and tastefully decorated in keeping with the local area. It was clean and comfortable and the staff couldn't do enough to help with any questions we had. They were able organise a car and driver to show us around. Food although vegetarian was well priced and delicious. The roof terrace was an added surprise and again tastefully done.

This hotel doesn't offer non vegetarian food. Apart from that there isn't anything I didn't like about it.

It was a quick booking for one night, but the experience was very good overall.

- Breakfast and dinner was very nice warm quick and tasted like home cooking. - the Thali were really amazing. - The staff were very quick to respond and polite. - Bathrooms were well maintained and clean - the triple delux room was really spacious with big beds and an extra bed for one.

Heaters and hair dryers should be kept in the room, thougg they were provided on request.

Not suitable for a family holiday

Location was ok.

Bedding was not comfortable for the family room. Too much noise around the room for a family with young kids. Staff should avoid booking drinking teenagers around family rooms. Was almost dialed Police helpline as it was too noisy.

Good clean place with big spacious rooms and decently close to the station.

Not overly happy with my stay

Very good location and easy access to market and points of interest

AC broken. Flaps were broken and nothing was done to resolve this. So essentially we paid for an AC room with no AC working.
