Prima locatie dicht bij Ferry. Goed voor 1 nacht.

Locatie perfect voor vertrek met Ferry naar Belize. Lekker zwembadje. Goede restaurants ernaast en er tegenover (verder in de buurt bijna niets). Leuk om s avonds even over de malecon te lopen. Verder is Chetumal niet aantrekkelijk.

Kamer rook heel erg muf.

Frustrating. I travel to relax, and that did not happen.

The only thing great about the hotel is the location and the view. The pool and pool area needs to be remodel. A sub sink by the pool was filthy, A couple of the tiles by the pool are cracked, and paint are peeling inside the pool. The hotel had no ice for customers. I paid over $100.00 us for a night and expected better. Never again, and will never recommend.

Cleanliness, a simple ice machine at the hotel.

Nice hotel, clean. Aircondition worked fine.

Parking space is very reduced. We arrive 6 pm and it was full, so we had to leave car park on the street in front of hote.

Super nice room, and mega cheap too

Air condition is busted, you either freeze or sweat, due to busted universal remote there is no in-between, spent the entire night turning the air condition on/off

Stayed before and will stay there again.

The location is fantastic. The Malecón is fun to walk. Sam’s club is right next door if shopping is necessary. The Ambar is across the street and has great food and drinks.

The price is a little high for the accommodations but very nice.

For a hotel which presumably uses its proximity to the Belize water taxi as a selling point the staff were remarkably short on information varying from "never heard of it!" to incorrect times of departure. Not impressed.

I had a view of the Chetumal bay, which is very beautiful. The bathroom was nicely tiled and clean. The bed was comfortable.

The room was not very well insulated. I could hear kids in the hallway and the next door bathroom.

We used this hotel to catch the ferry the next morning to Caye Caulker. The room furniture was a bit outdated but everything was clean and functional. No breakfast but the restaurant next door makes incredible pancakes.

Unfortunately, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the hallway but it seemed to be a problem for the whole area since also the ferry building was full of them.

My mini day vacation well spent

I love the area it is situated. Friendly receptionist, clean and spacious room love love the balcony view of the beautiful sea. Enjoyed the pool as well. Only thing would be nice to upgrade the tv to a flat screen. Other than that great location. I would definately book again .

The hotel was very affordable.

The hotel facilities seemed old. The room also had an old smell. The bathroom could was not as clean as I expected. The screen door on the varanda refused to lock.

The staff were great at reception & in the restaurant. The breakfast was great. The design & decor of the hotel was great, & especially the restaurant.

The design of the hotel & restaurant was great but the workmanship was bad & let the hotel down by making it look scruffy & rough. The room & bathroom smelled very bad of mould & there was no air/oxygen in the room. The windows need opening every day to air the room out.

You get what you pay for.

The view and location are excellent.

What was likely a beautiful hip boutique hotel needs some TLC. A good cleaning and some paint and maintenance would bring it all back. The wicker/rattan furniture in the lobby was falling apart and the pillows need changing, but it's all do-able and they could rent the rooms for 3 times the amount.
