Very bad and not clean

Very Dirty Hotel Corridor and Housekeeping all department bad, you have no idia how to manage, it is not a star Hotel, not a 5 star, like a Lodge, You sie your Tee cup and Glass,

Dirty place, not clean, not a star value hotel like 5 or 4 star

Barring a few minor issues, it is a good hotel to stay

Ambience, roof top pool & restaurant. Nice comfy beds. AC is good in the hot weather.

Carpets loosely fitted in the corridors- major tripping hazard for elderly customers & kids. Also lots of dirty plates/ cutlery left all the time from the customers not removed for many hours- unsightly. Most of the walls in the corridors are warped / damp - seems like a plumbing problem. Food very expensive. Showers in the changing area of the pool stinks.

Hôtel classique, dispositions pour chauffeurs à revoir

Hôtel très joliment décoré, petite piscine et salle de gym 'sur le toit', accueil mitigé, informations données trop rapidement ou mal expliquées (ouverture piscine, gym etc) mais rattrapé par un autre réceptionniste très courtois et clair, buffets corrects, bon choix.

NB L'accueil devant l'espace gym, piscine (en face des ascenseurs) : la personne parle à peine l'anglais. NB la clim ne se met en route qu'après une heure dans la salle de gym ? Trop chaud. Une chose également : c'est bien de s'occuper des clients mais les chauffeurs comptent aussi ! les sanitaires pour ceux ci sont absolument indignes et très sales, une honte, par contre le parking est correct, si nous l' avions su en avance, on aurait pris nos dispositions pour notre chauffeur ! Svp faites qc pour eux.

Fair stay, felt safe being two female travellers.

Small room but nicely maintained and good staff.

Space could have been more, the room was compact. The bathroom was very small. Had the same breakfast options for both the days we stayed and limited options in the buffet according to the 5 star hotel. And the view from our room was roadside and graveyard was also visible which was a little uncomfortable.

Courteous staffs, Ms. Babitha, was proactive in providing us with the required assistance.

The buffet breakfast menu had all the variety to satisfy any nationality. It was excellently arranged and well served. Throughout our stay, we experienced a resort-like peaceful ambience, even though the facility was located right in the city.

The Pool, if at ground level could have been comfortable.

A decent hotel for vegetarians

The location is very good and the staff team is helpful

The breakfast menu can be improved to include some non-vegetarian options. I was told that there are vegetarian people staying in the hotel and may not like to see the non-veg options. In that case you should not run a hotel or mention that the hotel is for vegetarians only. On the vegetarian section the coffee was absurd.

nice, happy, enjoyable, and good stay

all was fine, good food, kind staff, and good facilities.. We enjoyed the stay. Though, we suggest, that the breakfast buffet be varied daily, We found it almost same daily, and we were there for 4 days, hence prefer some variations in the dishes at least some of them, not all.

we liked everything, no complains as such. staff was good, and nice.

They have vallet parking, but they kept a board that car and belongings for vallet parking is our responsibility and hotel management is not responsible.It makes no sense. They parked my car underneath a tree, and when I was about to go for a siteseeing in the morning, car is full of bird droppings and I did a water service from my own expense. I cannot complain to hotel management, because of the board they kept... 😆 Lol Also never seen a five star hotel room booking doesn't include breakfast. We were fasting, and we don't need.But they gave a discount coupon for breakfast and said , its not included. I was asking for an Ifthar arrangements for us, but the reception guy said he will check and get back to us and nothing happened. Their pool timing was 7 am to 7pm... For those who are going sightseeing in mysore like us, cannot get an opportunity for the pool access. When we went to the roof top and had a visit to the pool area, very soon one guy approached us and said, "Sir ,you all need swimming costumes for the pool access." I said him, we just came to the roof top for a short visit, not for pool access, we do have all pool accessories with us, you don't worry. The management should take extra care to train their staff for clients behaviour. Rest all good, have a small play area, kids can enjoy.

The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The hot water in the shower stopped working, which was a disappointment The front of desk and restaurant staff were very good and very friendly

The bar staff were totally incompetent. They didn't know what are gin and tonic was, and tried to give me ginger ale instead. The whole process of getting a drink took forever

Overall, a nice comfortable stay.

Big cosy room with nice view and clean bathroom.

The communication through booking.com was quite slow and we kept getting automatically generated answers.

Superb

Helpful staff on reception. Bedroom had a modern feel, was bright and airy and very clean. Easy to get to from the Railway station in an auto-rickshaw (for 50 rupees!).

My room was a little noisy; the sound of guests in adjoining rooms and outside in the corridors was bothersome at times. The scenes in the restaurant at breakfast were a bit chaotic, as there didn’t seem to be enough space for the volume of guests attempting to find seats. I tried different times of the morning to see if it made a difference, but alas not.
