Its a passable hotel. Other than the location, didn't see anything much great here.

Location of the property is good. It was easy to get to the property from the bangalore mysore express way and its closer to brindavan gardens, around 20-25 mnts only.

My booking was automatically confirmed by booking.com including my late checkin, but when I called the property on the way, the owner said no rooms are available, though it was confirmed. I had to tell him that I will need to complain to booking.com, then in some time he called me back and said the rooms are available. This wasn't a good start. The property is marked as 2 star. But there is no parking available at the property, you have to park on the road. But since the public road is wide, parking wasn't an issue. There were no toilteries like soap or shampoo supplied. There is no wifi, though its advertised like that. There is no lift functional though there was a lift, not sure if the owner turned it off to save power bill. Also the checkout time board was 12pm, We were asked to checkout by 11:40

Worst hotel in Mysore

This is one of the worst hotels in Mysore, worst customer service, smells awful everywhere, and most if the starr are criminals. Stay here at your own risk.

Hotel was booked with some other name.

Hi Team, in Booking app it was showing confirmed while I reached the destination they said nothing is booked with my name. My money for taxi and travel time went unnecessarily.

Not a good experience

room was fine. but the facilities were not upto the mark. beds were fine.

it was given in the booking that the room has airconditioning. however the staff confirmed that additional 300 to be paid for airconditioning. There was a TV without any connection.. Restrooms were full of mosquitoes. for drinking water, they took a night to bring it.

VFM many pubs close by ample parking WiFi 24 hours hot water

Too small lift, fits max 3 washrooms can be cleaner, hair in drain blankets /bed sheet can be better… why single blankets? give Atleast 2 towels

Comfy bed!

The room hasn't been cleaned once while I was staying there and reception personal barley speaks English. Wi-Fi didn't work in the room and the furniture was pretty old. Breakfast supposedly was included but no-one actually got it... communication was really a problem.

not happy place

It was near my course and some shops. Clean. Nice terrace.

no hot water when required in the morning. The replacement electric shower they gave had pipe leaking. No choice of breakfast so no glutton free food. No black coffee or tea. No tea or coffee making facilities.
