最終目的地に行くまでのほっと一息休めるところです。」

携帯の充電器を忘れて、1度はホテルのものをお借りしようかと思いましたが、さらに先に行くので必要と思い返して山田電気店を教えてもらって大変助かりました。サービスがよかったです。

禁煙ルームを頼んだのですが、カーテンにタバコのにおいがしみていました。

Most convenient accommodation for an overnight stay in Mihara Station in Hiroshima.

The location was perfect, just across the street from Mihara Station in Hiroshima. The room layout was generous and the bed was also relatively bigger. I like that the breakfast was prepared as you order even if there is a given set already.

The hotel building is quite old and the entrance leaves a lot to be desired.

Not the cleanest, but a good location and very nice staff

The staff was nice. There was convenient parking. Location was convenient, too. Breakfast selection was good. Also, all amenities needed such as an iron were available upon request.

The toilet was old and dirty looking. Although requesting a non-smoking room, I was assigned a smoking room, but staff tried to clean the smell from the room.

Perfect location ditectly in front of the train station. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Free use of microwaves, washing machines and dryer, bicycles, umbrellas and even a printer and copier. Pleny of free amenities for the bathroom. We had a small problem with one of the bikes that required fixing by a mechanic. The money we spent on that got reimbursed immediately with a lot of apologies. Very well handled. If you have questions about what to do or where to go, the very friendly and polite staff are happy to advise you in any way and print out ferry times or train tables. Rain was pouring when we left and while waiting under the little roof outside the door for the traffic light to turn green, the receptionist came out and she _gave_ us two umbrellas as a gift! Amazing value for money. Would not even consider any other place when coming back.

Wide and comfortable room

The room was quite wide compared to other business hotels in Japan. Plus, the train station is just across the street and there’s free parking— but u need to make reservations. We also had complimentary drinks. It’s also close to a lot of restaurants.

Clean, Comfortable & Free Laundry

This hotel is close to the train station. Good wifi. The staff is friendly. They let me park my bicycle indoors. There is self-service laundry ‘gratis’!

It is a bit trivial, but I wish there were steps connecting floors. I hate waiting on elevators when I just need to go up one floor.....like to do laundry. Otherwise , it’s a fine hotel.
