Well located in the old city. Beautiful boutique hotel with lovely Restuarant below. Staff always attentive and wanted to help.

The room is so comfortable- the bed was amazing. Very centrally located. Their restaurant is amazing and they staff it with such nice people.
The description has breakfast being served by their restaurant and I think they have changed it and forgot to update the listing. They walk you to a waterfront restaurant with an amazing view and an ok breakfast. I still gave a 10.

I loved that this property was in old town. i would really recommend staying in this area as it is a truly unique experience. the rooms are updated, modernized and comfortable. it was a little different in that the entrance is through a restaurant, but this added to its uniqueness. you could hear muffled sounds from the diners in the restaurant in the room. I felt this added to the experience as you felt a part of the active city experience. the sound was not loud enough to be disruptive.
the parking is limited in this area making luggage transfer a bit of a chore. i would have liked some additional detail in advance to better prepare getting to/from the room.

GH 44 is a beautiful property in a central location in the Old Town. We stayed for a week and despite being here in the off season, we found lots to see and do. GH 44 is in an historic building, but the rooms are modern and very comfortable. I must make special mention of Paula our host- she was wonderful. She helped us with everything from the moment we arrived, recommended great restaurants and things to do, and most of all, she really went above and beyond in responding to several requests we made. Her local knowledge was invaluable.
Nothing.

We liked everything from the welcome email to the storage of luggage the last day. The terrace was lovely to sit on for a glass of wine or snack. Breakfast was superb in the dining room. The staff was attentive to all of our needs from wine selection to more towels.
There was nothing that we didn’t like about the property!

Breakfast was amazing, hot and custom made. It was absolutely delicious and satisfying. We had dinner at their resturaunt one night and it too, was amazing. It’s the nicest resturaunt is Old Town Dubrovnik and we didn’t even have to leave the building on that raining night. The staff was professional, exceptionally accommodating and went above and beyond when my husband had to go to Urgent care for a bad respiratory infection. They managed all our transportation needs and we loved our driver, Andrea.

Our stay at Guest House Forty Four was perfect. Everyone made us feel like family - asking us everyday how our day was and steering us to the best places. Breakfast was delicious as well as dinner. The location is amazing and so convenient to everything. We loved coming "home" every night after a full day of adventure to our spacious room overlooking the church.

The staff, especially Paola, was extremely helpful and accommodating. She met us when we arrived and was always available to recommend restaurants, making reservations, and insuring our stay was comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent as was the on-site restaurant. Everything was perfect from when we arrived early in the morning and they had the room ready super quick to a relaxed departure where they helped us with our luggage for the walk to the taxi rank.
Breakfast and dinner was freshly prepared and beautifully served.
The room (Glow) was spacious and airy with double aspect windows. Fridge was a bonus and the shower and basin area was excellent.

Staff (Mattea, Jon) was incredibly helpful , even before we arrived..setting up a car from the airport and meeting us outside the gate. Location was perfect…access to everything but quiet after 9. Rooms very recently done - all modern amenities. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. Balcony off the room was private and lovely.

The staff were all very welcoming and eager to assist if necessary. Kiko was excellent and in constant contact to ensure I had everything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable and charming with a terrace that made it all that much better. I stayed long before tourism season (mid-February) and with almost no other occupants in the hotel the restaurant was understandable closed. Instead they arranged for my included breakfast at a local restaurant just two minutes walk from the hotel with outside seating and a great relaxing view. There were plenty of restaurants open for lunch and dinner so no problem there.

We absolutely loved everything about this location. It felt like going to visit family. Maetta(not sure how you write her name) The beautiful lady at the reception was an absolute doll ;) She just made our stay be amazing. Thank you very much to her, to arranging the car to pick us up (also super nice people) and to Antonio and his humor. We loved every bit og it.

I loved the location down an alley off the main pedestrian boulevard in the Old Town. The hotel is in an old building but recently reconditioned. The room was bright with huge windows on two walls. The bathroom was modern. Loved the guys in the restaurant on the ground floor. Christian made the perfect flat white/cafe latte. The best I’ve had in Europe! Australian standard
Had a little difficulty working the aircon but that was probably user error ;)

Perfect location and lovely building! The room was light and modern with character, and had Elemis lotion and body wash in the bathroom. Felt very cosy. They also kindly let us check out a bit later, and carried our bags up the stairs for us. It's part of the restaurant Forty Four, where we had an AMAZING meal, too. Staff were helpful.
Breakfast was a bit odd. There's no menu – you can have eggs how you want them with bread, and there's a huge meat platter or fruit platter (which would probably feed four). Whites of the poached eggs were undercooked, too. We were also told it started at 8 but nobody was there until 20 past, so we were waiting around before going on an excursion. Just a minor gripe, but the water in the mini bar had already been opened and refilled with tap water – hopefully had been cleaned after the last guests! Shower is looking a bit orange in parts and could do with a thorough clean.
