Not a place I would stay at again.

We had requested a room with a walk-in shower and were told we got that. We went up to the room to check it out and it had a tub, not a walk-in shower. We were able to get a room with a walk-in shower the second night there, but we had to pack up all our stuff and keep it in the car all day because they would not store our luggage there for the day. That bathroom was so much nicer and cleaner than the previous night's room. This hotel was right downtown and since this (second night) room was on the ground floor we expected to hear traffic noise, but the room was very quiet. There was a lovely park just behind the parking lot. It was quite large with lots of activity areas. It had a good size man-made lake with ducks and geese and gulls in it. There were lots of darling European rabbits running around in the park. I think the park is called Minoru Park. We enjoyed walking around on some of the paved trails and seeing the rabbits.

We booked for 2 nights, asking for a walk-in shower. The first night we got a tub. Because of my mobility issues, a tub absolutely does not work for me. I also checked out the bathroom and room with my little black light. The bathroom glowed like crazy, even on the walls near the toilet, showing lots of urine that was on the walls and floor and toilet. I do bring my own gloves and cleaning supplies since I like a clean bathroom. The bedroom was not as bad and the sheets were clean. We were able to get the shower for our second night, and did find it odd that the plumbing for only the shower was reversed, plus the shower head and faucet were located on the end of the shower that had a fixed glass panel, so it required getting into the shower and turning on the water (BRRRRRRR) on the far end of the shower. After not feeling even a hint of warm water, I tried turning the handle to the other ( cold) side and the water warmed up. It would have been nice to have the only sliding door on the faucet end of the shower. And even with a fixed glass panel, the water leaked from that panel across the bathroom right to the toilet and beyond. A grab bar in the shower would be a welcome safety feature. That bathroom looked recently updated, but they forgot the grab bars in the bathroom. We had been told the room number of the (shower) room we would get for our second night there and even saw it. When we checked in we were given a different room. I was surprised that the lotions and shampoos in our bathroom were half used from the previous guests and no bar of soap for the shower. But it was cleaner than the first room we had. The breakfast there was very low budget. It did have a pancake maker which was popular since the food selection was such slim pickings.

In short, the hotel was not attractive. I couldn't shower. They need a proper renovation

We didn't have breakfast. Looking at the standard of the hotel looking very poor, food was not appetising.

Health and safety should be looked at. Cobwebs in the room and in general, appearance of the In and Out is appalling.

Exceptional

Everything was wonderful, breakfast was very fresh & plentiful, shuttle to the airport was just what was needed & staff were exceptional - going beyond what was necessary. We are very happy

Old and dirty not worth the money

We left to early , no breackfest at 3:30 am

I couldnt cancelled one of my booking because of air canada change our flight over 300.00 in the garbage

It was one night for getting to YVR airport to catch a midnight flight,

The airport shuttle was really handy and punctual. Likes the free underground parking!

cant open ur curtains if ur on the first floor unless u want everyone on the busy street watching u watch tv lol … also quite loud and not near much food or conveniences especially if u arrive in the later evening

Good value for money and the best sleep ever.

The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was a bonus and well done. My first impression when walking into the front desk was, I made a big mistake. It was not very inviting. They need to update the front desk area .

The check in desk has no call bell and I waited for someone to appear. The shuttle bus needs windows cleaned; I felt dirty.

Location was convenient to the airport. Had a shuttle bus to the airport. Had parking available.

The hotel was old and needed updating,as well as basic maintenance. Cleaning was poor. The room we where given did not look like the room in the picture. Instead of one of the bedside tables there was an internet modem and a bunch of cables . Carpets dirty and stained. Coming from the parking garage the ceiling was leaking dirty rusty water which stained my husbands shirt and was not very hygienic.

The value was very good. I was able to check out later. Excellent staff.

Overpriced

Airport shuttle and location are great, room was a good size, bed very comfortable

Bathroom felt in need of renovation, toilet constantly made noises Walls were very thin, could hear a lot of other peoples movement and conversation Plastic cutlery for breakfast is not at all sustainable There was no free seat when I came down for breakfast so had to eat in a room close by that was dark and full of boxes

Plumbing didn’t work properly, room was unclean, bed linen looked used, amenities from a dollar store, breakfast minimal, staff disinterested, shuttle bus was plain grubby.

Convenient hotel for airport

Plenty of choice of restaurants near the hotel. Free hourly shuttle to the Airport - book at reception on arrival

Shuttle service to and from airport, good drivers and very convenient. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Price is fair compared to other hotels but is a lot of money just for a bed! Overall the hotel is a bit shabby and no restaurant.

Couldn't wait to get out of there!!!

Everything! The room was awful; the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the paint on the baseboards was peeling, the toilet seat was not attached and the shower was gross. The air conditioner was all moldy on the bottom. This hotel should not be recommended to anyone! The shuttle bus was just as bad to the airport. It was very dirty and ripped seats and trash on floor.

This is the cheapest hotel close to airport

Room size is good as I picked the double queen size bed Shuttles to and back from airport is 👍🏼

Breakfast is so limited. I ate self made waffle everyday and nothing else good to eat I stayed in Comfort Inn before and they serve really good breakfast. The breakfast at this Hotel really disappointing. I expect Quality Hotel better than Comfort Inn

I would not stay at this hotel again.

We booked a shuttle to the airport when we arrived and was told to be down in the lobby for pickup at 3:35 a.m., we were down in the lobby at 3:25 and was rudely told that we missed the shuttle and were not on the list, then the front desk clerk told us we would have to pay a taxi to get to the airport. The reason why we booked this hotel is for the breakfast, which we didn't get to eat as they only opened at 6:30 a.m. and the free shuttle. The front desk clerk had no customer service skills what so ever!
