It was good.

Great choice for an airport hotel

The staff were excellent in making sure our stay was seamless including a late check out for our late departure from the airport. The courtesy bus to the airport was easy and reliable. The location is near the airport but also close to the Aberdeen station on the Skyrail / Canada Line with a 15 minute direct connection to downtown / Canada Place.

Good

Pool, staff, restaurant and housekeeping everyday. Also having changing rooms at the pool is awesome and there is always extra towels readily available at the pool.

Rooms are dated and parking is extra.

Room was large and bed comfortable. Room was close to the lift was which was excellent.Ice machine very close. in room fridge

Free shuttle to airport

We felt it was pretty so-so for a Radisson Hotel. This one seemed as if it might be close to a refurb. Room facilities very average.It really was quite expensive for a one night stay - just to be on hand near Vancouver Airport. We have stayed at Radisson hotels near other airports - eg London Stansted and Heathrow - and found them to be (a) considerably cheaper and (b) at a better standard.

It was ok.

The location was perfect for what we planned to do. We took sky train near the hotel to go to Vancouver for more sightseeing and the kids favorite mall is right across from the hotel.

1) The bathtub drainage was terrible. I would have dirty water up to my knees if I took shower normally. I had to finish my shower quickly. 2) There was only one of the two elevators were working. It took us 10 min to just going down to the lobby each time. It took longer at the checking out time. 3) When we came back to the room after the breakfast on the check out day, the cleaning staff was already started cleaning our room. Although we already packed our bags and put them in a car before breakfast, we haven’t checked out the hotel yet. We could not go back to the room to use restroom, we just went back to the lobby to use one at the restaurant.

Hotel transfer coach to and from airport worked well. Waiters in Mozza very efficient. Reception staff helpful.

Lighting in room was poor. No USB charge points. View from room ordinary Basic hotel room, a little dated

Great location and is by airport

Walkable to delicious restaurants

Asked housekeeping for clean towels in hallways and she told me to call front desk for them because she didn’t have any. If I was her I would say this instead. “Let me go get towels for you.”

Breakfast generally and breakfast staff were excellent as was the coffee served

The breakfast was generally v good for the price. Sadly on one occasion the meal came up with eggs, toast, mushrooms and hashbrown, delivered all piping hot on a hot plate. However the mushrooms covering the eggs and toast were stone cold, and clearly had been poured out of the can without any heating They were returned and it was confirmed that they should have been cooked, but clearly rather than start again, the kitchen staff attempted to take the cold mushrooms off, presumably microwave them, and replaced them over some still cold mushrooms that remained, rather than throw away and start again. As I was in a hurry by now so I ate it, but with some reluctance

We booked a suite on floor eleven, and was for some reason was given room 1207 on floor twelve, which had elevator access by way of a quaint form of service lift from the floor below. Clearly you are not supposed to open the curtains as outside our room, at the top of the building, was a service walkway with a overhead frame covering outside the window,, Neither have been cleaned for months and was, with the moss, looking more like a garden, than a service walkway. Surely being a floor of solely of more expensive suites, things like the appearance matters ? We stayed an booked in Richmond as it was our 50th Wedding anniversary and had planned to have our family of twelve dine with us during our stay at this hotel. At the time of booking, I asked for a typical evening menu to be sent on line but non arrived. In view of this we and the family dined at local restaurants instead. Upon our arrival we were welcomed by the front office staff with congratulations of our anniversary, but sadly that was it, not even a complementary bottle of coke in our suite which for nearly $1000 spent, was a poor show.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms comfortable and quiet.

Maybe selection of tea and a small supply of milk in the room.

Great place close to the airport

The shuttle service was amazing, and the room was really clean. The staff was helpful.

We had no shower gel in our room, and water bottles were missing. Our bathroom was not in the bst shape and could use a bit of reno.

Convenient location, fair price, great staff.

The staff were super helpful. I had a flight cancelled and got there late. They still made me dinner in the restaurant and made sure I had everything I needed in the room.

Hat unseren Anforderungen erfüllt. Der Rezeptionist war komisch!

Das Hotel hat einen 24h-Shuttel vom Flughafen. Da wir einen Stop-over von 12 Stunden hatten, war das Hotel perfekt für die Überbrückung einer Nacht.

Die Bar hatte bereits bei Ankunft um 23 Uhr geschlossen. Auch das MiniBar-Shop war schon geschlossen. Aber dafür ist doch der Minibar-Shop vorhanden, dass man außerhalb der anderen Öffnungszeiten dort noch was einkaufen kann. Aufmehrmaligen Nachfragen an der Rezeption durften wir dann noch was aus dem Shop einkaufen. Ich kennen diese Shop auch aus anderen Radisson-Hotels. Dort ist er immer 24h geöffnet. Ich glaube, dass der Rezeptionist keine Lust auf die Abrechnung hatte, da die Tür zum Shop auch offen war.

Super comfy bed and SO quiet. Very convenient location.

Very quiet despite proximity to airport and Canada Line. 24 hour shuttle service. Bag storage. Full service breakfast available. Lots of shopping nearby. Our new go-to stay when flying from YVR.

Our check in person was exceptional. He was friendly, provided additional information about the hotel and the surrounding area. He made us feel very welcome and important even though it was our first stay at this location.

Die Lage (Supermarkt, Restaurants und Mall sowie Bahn weniger als 100 Meter entfernt). Sehr aufmerksames und hilfsbereites Personal. Kostenfreier Flughafenshuttle.

Dunkles tiefes Zimmer mit wenig Fensterfläche. Keine Münzwaschautomaten.

Geeignet für Fluggäste , die vor Abflug oder nach Ankunft e i n e Nacht in Flughafennähe verbringen

Gute Erreichbarkeit mit Taxi vom Flughafen (10min) Abgesehen von gelegentlichem Fluglärm ruhig.

Unsere Suite lag auf der 12.Etage. Der Fahrstuhl allerdings fährt nur bis zum 11. Stock. Hier ist also Gepäckschleppen angesagt. Das Zimmer war ein bisschen muffig und in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Auffrischung wäre dringend geboten.

I had a lovely stay at the Raddison- thoroughly recommend.

Handy to the airport, great shuttle service. Clean comfortable room, good access to metro. Staff courteous and efficient. Restaurant wonderful for the “solo traveller” - was looked after wonderfully well! Also great running track just 2 minutes away.
