It was a good trip and the staff stepped up

Close to everything

Our room was not the one we booked because of leaks and then the room they gave us had sheets and blankets on the floors and then they tried to use the blankets from to the floor to make the beds

I will not stay here again due to parking costs - $28 a day is ridiculous.

Nice room, good location, clean.

They charged us a lot of extra fees that I did not know about. AND $28 per day parking. That should be mentioned in the booking. The front desk kept us waiting and were not really friendly.

Good location for Rogers

I like the beds and shower. The water pressure was good, and the bathroom was clean. The beds were comfy, and made up well (the sheets not too tight to be hard to get in the bed). The reception staff member was check-in was friendly, made eye contact and smiled sincerely. There was a high volume of guests at check-in and he maintained a welcoming demeanor.

There was dust/dirty spots in the room and in the pool area. The reception staff at check-out were not friendly. There was very poor eye contact, abrupt tone of voice, and did not ask how was my stay nor thanked me for my patronage.

Would I come back? No never!

Checking staff poor - not interested that their parking was full and limited info given to help (we are in from UK) Crazy noisy hotel with terrible argument in adjacent room that took till 4am for hotel to do anything about Not even a washroom in the lobby Check out staff even worse than check in staff if that could be possible ! No care what so ever!

Excellent location to Roger’s Arena, comfy hotel and friendly staff

The Pool and Hot Tub. Rooms were spacious.

Terrible

Location was good for work

Terrible parking, only parking for hotel is public underground parking which was full due to a hockey game. Was not able to check in until ten after game was over and traffic cleared out. Our room was next to an executive suite that at 100am until 300am was extremely loud with doors slamming and foul language. Partying I guess. Didn’t get much sleep. I found the hotel overall extremely noisy on the floor I was staying.

Good value for the location

Convenient location for downtown meetings. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful.

The parking was as cramped and inconvenient. I couldn't extend my parking to the end of my workday without returning to the hotel halfway through the day.

Overall had a good experience with this hotel!

It was perfect location for the event we attended at the Roger’s place arena! The staff was very informative to where I could park and telling me about the pedways to get to and from the hotel to our event. We didn’t have to walk outside at midnight. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet.

Ideal für den Besuch des Ice District.

Wir waren mit einer Eishockeymannschaft im Hotel einquartiert. Da wir uns Hauptsächlich im ICE District aufgehalten haben war das Hotel mit der zentralen Lage ideal. Ausreichend große Zimmer, tolles Schwimmbad mit Hot Tub und Fitnessstudio im 26 Stock. Der Ausblick ist super.

No parking at location and the city parking is expensive

It was a okay hotel. For the price not worth it.

There is no parking. They make you use a parking lot across the street that costs $25 a day. I won’t be staying there again.

Overpriced, no onsite parking with rude staff I recommend you stay elsewhere.

Room was clean.

None of the clocks worked and were not set to the proper time. Coffee was cold / creamer was expired. No on site parking. Unfriendly staff when asking for assistance regarding alternate locations to park. I would not recommend.

Good stay in a great location with nice staff.

The room was clean and well appointed. The bed was large and comfy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect to go to a hockey game.

The pillows were pretty bad. Of all the 4 on the bed, I couldn't figure out one that was good. The main amenities and lobby are showing their age. It is very clean and tidy but it could use some updating. Also it would be great if the tv's had streaming options and not just the basic cable but this can be remedied with a laptop if you bring a HDMI.

The room was dirty, and they refused to move us. I booked a premium room with a sitting area and the room was just average; not upgraded. they also refused to move us to a new room despite the dirty room, stains on the furniture…

Great experience, would go back.

The location was great due to having multiple entertainment venues for example bars, restaurants, Rogers Place Arena (great during when hockey happens).

Unfortunately, there is an unexpected fee for parking. it would have been nice for our trip that we were informed about it.

High costs for no services

Proximity of location to the event I was attending.

I was asked at check in if it was the first time I was staying, to which I replied yes. I was told where to park but nothing about getting into the hotel. I spent 15 mins trying to get into the LMP elevators only to realize that was not the entrance, it would have been so easy to communicate where to look for the lobby entrance. I was told upon check in that no housekeeping services would be provided. No problem, but I expect lower prices.

Very enjoyable and will stay here again.

Great location downtown! Loved that we could walk everywhere thru the pedways so didn’t have to go out in the cold. Great if going to an event at Rogers Place. The pool and hot tub are lovely with nice comfy loungers. Also nice that Chop is right in the hotel for a nice dinner. Staff were very friendly.

Unfortunately the heater in our room didn’t work properly and there was no hot water for almost an entire day of our stay.
