It was fine if you plan on not staying very long in your room

Location was good

It was dirty. The room only gets serviced every 3 days. Bed sheets were dirty, and room was dusty.

Stayed here because of location, but wouldn’t pick it again if we were staying in the city

It was okay, the usually best western stay other then the pool

The pool was gross, had a brown film on the side and the bottom of the hot tub was a bit slimy.

Overall, a nice stay and close to West Edmonton Mall.

We had a queen suit and it was nice and spacious for the 4 of us The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.

There were 3 light bulbs burned out in the living area so we couldn't see very well in that area,. Maintenance eventually showed up the next day and quickly solved the problem. I'm just surprised that this wasn't noticed by the cleaning staff earlier. Also, the breakfast was ok but could have been better with some fresh fruit and more interesting pastries.

Great breakfast , comfy, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Soup & hot chocolate for supper was amazing! Friendly & knowledgeable staff

Hot tub was not as hot as a hot tub should be & was closed down 1/2 days that we were there. Pool is rusted & out dated

Worth your money

The room was spacious and clean. We had requested a main floor and it was perfect - close to the work out room which was also clean and well equipped, and close to the pool.

Nice modern hotel with free breakfast, pool and gym.

Clean beds, modern design, valuable breakfast, good parking, no animals, pretty good wall insulation, clean bathrooms, lots of closets, clean room.

Dirty corridors, good carpet in the corridors but not vacuumed.

Why not to stay here.

The staff were excellent. And the location was convenient.

The room quality was lacking for the price and the amenities were poor. The breakfast wasn't fit to enter one's mouth and the pool was only fit to allow dogs to feel comfortable.

Would never stay there again! No AC and just heat, and no with the value.

The pool for the kids was the only thing

Rented a room with kitchen, kitchen had nothing; had to call front desk for them to bring a tub of dishes up. Came with no forks, front desk said not their issue. No AC at all, everywhere was so hot, as well the air quality in the room was terrible. Will never stay there again, and for the price of $300+/night, was not worth the value.

The hotel is in a super location, convenient, staff friendly and good food.

The hot breakfast is great, coffee is really good and the bed was super comfy. Even the pillows were comfortable. Really nice to have the fancy coffee dispenser in the lobby and also thankful that I could fill up my water bottle too.

Someone left the bathroom fan on for hours and hours in an adjoining room. It did get a bit annoying.

Staff wasnt friendly on check in or even welcome.me .. No cookware in room. Even on check out didn't ask how my stay was . Will not stay at this location on my next trip
