Enjoyed three days.

Excellent location in the city close to boardwalk and museums. Restaurants, shopping - all conveniently located very close.

Parking space available for unload too small. Also to park your own car is expensive.

Amazing location

The Suites are large and well laid out. Very comfortable for a stay over 4-5 days like we did.

The ravages of Covid do show themselves a bit. There is no housekeeping at all unless you specifically ask. The units have fridges and microwaves but no utensils at all, no plates nothing. The suite we were in needed a bit of care but nothing that would stop me from returning. I’ll rent here again.

they are making their comeback from Covid so the service re housekeeping etc is weak, but they are working on it.

Lack of parking options. Valet is a wonderful option but it took me an hour to get near the hotel for check in to even get valet parking- as cars were parked in the 2 spot area for that duration- the same 2. Or be able to get my luggage inside. This set me behind my schedule - very inconvenient. When reception was notified. The response was “oh”. My room was incredibly cold despite the heat control. (703) The staff were not overly friendly. Didn’t seem to have the hospitality skills once found. No greetings. Just task accomplishments.

A comfortable stay within easy walking distance of many shops and restaurants.

The beds and pillows were really comfortable and we loved that the king suite had 2 pullout couches so each of our kids had their own beds.

The power went out while there and the elevator was glitchy the rest of the day.

Downtown Gem

The size of the room was great! One of the most spacious hotel rooms that I’ve been in for awhile. Also, having a microwave and refrigerator was nice to have. Plus the TV had cable with tons of channels, which was nice at night. Finally, the location was amazing. The hotel is very centrally located and right near the waterfront, so it was very easy to visit the city by walking everywhere, since it was close to all the main sights and restaurants.

It was kind of annoying to keep having to call for fresh supplies all the time. I stayed for 5 nights. There’s no cleaning staff that came to clean the room during this time apparently because of COVID, but it would have been nice to have been left extras instead of the usual daily amount and then have to keep calling every time I needed toilet paper, etc.

Nice room; great location; I would not stay there if I was renting a car.

The front desk personnel (Erika who provided our initial check in) and valet were excellent; generally all were excellent and hospitable. Room itself was very nice.

PARKING--Valet parking expensive and slow; the parking spot out front of door to check in is terrible; privileged white male client and his family left their car there for hours--your staff should enforce everyone move their cars after check in immediately or have valet parking move it within 10 minutes so that other cars can park there and check in; I had to circle the block several times

Hotel well placed and comfortable but must make efforts on the service

Location is ideal. The breakfast is good and varied

At the price paid it is inconceivable that the cleaning of the room is not done every day. You have to ask for it to be. The covid period is behind us Double three by Hilton prides itself on giving warm cookies as a welcome gift, we were not entitled to them

Central location, beds were comfortable, nice updated showers, room service was good, laundry on site, rooms were clean

Some furniture was old and dated and could be refurbished. Kitchen and bathroom supplies were on request. Hotel could use a facelift, noisy inside and out but quiet after midnight.

Location was good.

Our air conditioning didn't work in the room and it was very warm even if we had it at a 17 degree cool function. Left it on all day expecting for a better air quality and temp and it never happened. The hot water was off in the morning because a boiler died. The breakfast in my opinion should be free daily and not 17-20$ per day. We got ours for free because of the water issue but could not imagine having to pay.

They gave me a room like a jail, not clean, have window but you can show any think unless a other wall, very noisy, staff from check-in like asian women is very rude, she won't like to answer of any questions about room, breakfast.. so for me never again

Great stay - would definitely return again.

The hotel and the room was very clean. Pleasant front desk staff. Nice products in the shower and really nice rain shower head with very roomy size shower. Very comfortable bed. Nice view of water! We loved the location - it was close to everything which was ideal.

The A/C in the building was not working therefore the room was very warm for our entire stay. We only found this out when we checked out but were happy with the adjustment in rate we received. Also the curtains don't provide full room darkness so if you like early wake up's with the sun shining through the room, you will be happy!

A disappointing stay.

The location was great. Right downtown

All surfaces of our room was dirty which makes me question whether or not they cleaned the room properly. Left over rings from drinks and sticky stuff on the counters. We complained and nothing was done. Also, the people directly below us we’re having a party. It sounded like a kegger. We complained 3 times to the front desk who finally kicked them out. Our 5 year old couldn’t sleep and was up until 1 am. It was awful, they offered to move us rooms and then told us they couldn’t.

Exceptional

Comfy bed, great shower. The pool deck and pool water are very clean, I was very impressed. The front desk staff, as well as wait staff at breakfast were very pleasant. Lots of options for breakfast which was great for my 3 year old.

Parking is outdoors and across the street a bit. Not convenient in a snow storm.
