Has potential
The difficulty in finding parking/ getting belongings to our room. Road construction is unreal. Had we truly known how bad it was we would have stayed somewhere else
8.0
It was a great location and had good amenities
It was old not any updates to rooms or beds etc.
4.0
Location to the downtown area. Tempo restaurant on site. Price of room .
Bedbugs and no access to front lobby to check in before parking due to construction and the road being closed off in front of the hotel which was not explained when I called to see what the parking situation would be . I was told we could check in and then go park but upon arrival found that there was no access to the hotel by car and we had to park at another location and then walk with our bags to check in. Fortunately we were traveling light .

Downtown location
Construction and parking was a major problem. I paid for 2 days parking, but only had up to 1pm on my last day. Every other hotel I’ve parked at let’s me park for the whole day.
I asked for a late check out, and was offered 30 minutes- this has never happened to me before. A minimum 1 hour has always been given to me.

Check-in was easy. The room was clean and there was coffee. Easy walking distance to the harbour and restaurants. I took a bus from the airport and it stopped right around the corner. Staff was friendly.
Wifi cut out once, but it was OK after that.

No warning on here or on front page of the Barrington website that they do not currently have parking and that the closest lot is 200M through 2 elevators and a small to get to the parking garage.
6.0
Tempo restaurant is excellent and the staff are too
The room was so outdated with dirty carpets and forlorn furniture but the beds are great

And dont know where to go for the swimming pool ended up it’s closed

Close to everything downtown
Sketchy area, parkade was creepy and smelled like pee and there was puke on the ground when we arrived and also when we left

The bed was so comfortable!
The parking was a little tricky to understand, but we are just not used to it.

My partner had to fix the sink, wifi didn’t work, tv was annoying, A/C was noisy and annoying.

Very Convenient location, The room was spacious and very clean. The restaurant/cafe was great for getting morning coffee.
The place is quite dated, but we expected this as the cost was low.

We picked this hotel so we could go for a swim. Pool water was freezing cold. Nobody could swim in it. My husband got the manger to come and feel the ice cold water and he said we don’t monitor the temperature of the pool. We will never be back

I liked the room, the location, the cleanliness and the friendly staff!
The room was FREEZING when we got inside and took so long to warm up. Also the parking garage had a man peeing in it when we arrived.

All was good

Room was clean, spacious, hotel basics are met. Great location, price was pretty standard. Really enjoyed the stay.
The shower was making loud noise. The bathroom interior design could be better.
6.0
Location great.
Check in experience. Staff was a little unengaged.
For example. Check in was for 3pm. We checked in at 6pm and told room not ready. No apologies no rationale.

handy to the hospital and good restaurants price was good
Booked and prepaid for three nights on the second day was called and told to pack up and move out. Apparently, even though the staff member could see that we had paid for the third night she thought we were to be gone. We had to go down to the front desk and straighten it out, which wasn’t that hard to do but I felt more than an apology which didn’t sound sincere should have been offered
7.0
