bien car c'était notre 5e ou 6e visite à cet établissement et que les autres fois c'était mieux

L'emplacement est centralisé pour nous.

l'eau froide était difficile a avoir. il y aviait mélange d'eau chaude. Même l'eau de la toilette était chaude. difficile de prendre une douche car l'ajustement de l'eau y était difficile. Aussi la poignée de porte de la salle de bain était en train de tombée.

Clean, fairly priced and well located.

The staff was kind and nice. The room, hotel and pool were clean. The gym had some good equipments. The price for a family was fair. Cover parking was a good addition. Close to supermarkets.

We went for Easter Holiday and there were no special attention given to that important day, expecially for kids. We would have expected some special interior settings and little gifts like hot chocolate or other treats that make kids happy. Many hotels do it on Easter and Christmas. Pool was small and hotel looked like being under construction.

remet en question nos prochains séjours

les deux jeunes hommes à la réception qui ont rattrapé ce voyage par leur serviabilité et professionnalisme

les équipements sont vraiment vétustes... le bain tourbillon qui est brisé et réparé avec du silicone blanc à peine caché, la propreté des lieux qui laisse à désirer...

Bedsheets has stains( both bed), floors are not cleaned properly, some hairs are found on the washroom floor, and the floor was not vacuumed properly as some dirt seen on the floor

Hotel has a good location, only 15 min from downtown, room was very clean, there is a very good restaurant.

It was good.

The people working at reception were awesome! So helpful with so many of our questions. I would give them an excellent report. The grounds around the hotel were nice but it would look better if they had chairs for guests on the grass or under the trees in the shade.

I would have preferred to have soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the room. In all previous hotel across Canada that I visited they had these items in the washroom. The location is not great if you are travelling without a car. The walking distance to restaurants and stores are too far away.

Great stay with quiet and pleasurable environment - pool++++++

Welcome and room were very good. Spacious, quiet and neat. The pool is super good and it was pleasant to swim and chill. There was a fridge in the room and a TV, all in working order. I loved the shower which was spacious, with rain shower on the ceiling. Super quiet even though close to freeway.

Good value for money, will stay again.

The hotel has a lot of parking spaces, and there are different restaurants to choose nearby. Nice staff, easy and fast check-in.

The sign of the hotel at the intersection is not very clear, so you need to pay special attention to find it when driving.

Room with a view

Bed was very comfortable. Room was very big & spacious. Location: bus stop is very near hotel; barely 40 metres from the carpark and bus 11 takes one into the heart of town (25 min ride), the bus route is great for travellers as bus 11 stops at key tourist spots. Pool: small but nice for a dip. Korean BBQ restaurant is right in front of the hotel. On this note, I want to thank the receptionist for a room with a very nice view -1108. I deeply appreciate it.

rooms are very warm, even when heating is off and air conditioning is very noisy

Overall it was pleasant!

The staff was nice, the room was fairly large, the bed was comfortable, and the parking situation was good.

The pool was disappointing, the toilet in the room had flushing issues, and the tv was glitching.
