Location
Awful smell throughout the building, the building is very old and it shows. The carpet in the bedrooms is disgusting and nasty. Paper coming off the walls.

We never went to the hotel because our concert was canceled 😡

The hotel is well located and give you access to a multitude of restaurants. The size of the room was generous and the bed was very comfortable.

Comfortable room, clean, relatively quiet, included breakfasts
Only one of two elevators working, had to use the stairs a lot. Rooms, halls getting old and a little run down.

Room was filthy and extremely dirty. I want to clarify that the front desk lady was amazing and super helpful with all of my concerns. The manager, she is useless and did nothing while there was water shut off for several hours without previous announcement to customers. I cannot believe how expensive this hotel is for the terrible room conditions and hotel in general.
Rooms must be cleaned, carpet must be replaced, and I can keep going on and on. Breakfast must have a staff member there supervising.

Very friendly staff and great location. Good selection for breakfast. Rooms could use some TLC and a good deep cleaning.

The stuff are very friendly and answers all your inquiries with a smile. For a small hotel the breakfast selection wasn't bad. I will go there again if im visiting Montreal.
I have nothing to say!

Breakfast is fine, no parking, we have to walk 1.5 blocks for parking.
No parking, unpleasant front desk, the whole family did get to sleep all night, our room neighbor is having a party all night with very loud sounds, voices, commotion as if they are fighting they were so noisy in the hall way, balcony, inside their room 603, we are at 605. We are so scared. They are fighting. They are mostly in the hallway. We wanted to leave but we dont want to interfere with them, someone might have called front desk but they continue with their party.Staff should have routine check on all floors. When we went out to get breakfast all 6th floors guest have left, so I pressumed the hotel staff should have known whats going on on our floor. The front desk staff knew all along that the 603 guest have a terrible unbelievable noise all night long due to party and commotion outside and inside the room. They never offered anything for all the troubles. They dont care if we have parking or not. Will never ever go back to this hotel again.

Location was very good
Outside noise at night time was only real issue. Must be late night bar across the street. Bring ear plugs and you’ll be fine

Location that's it.
Bed was worn, not comfortable, hair on sheets, walls were worn down, holes, could hear outside every conversation in street, no shower pressure.
