La propreté

Chambre mal disposée Chambre de bain sans support pour sortir de la douche. Aucun support pour essuie main sauf des crochets à la porte de la chambre de bain. Porte de chambre de bain ne fermais pas bien. La climatisation n’avait pas la cIrculation d’air lorsque la température désirée était atteinte. Des ustensiles de bois pour le déjeuner. L’accès à l’établissement difficile Le service pour déjeuner sans espaces pour les cabarets. On doit tenir le cabaret d’une main et se servir de l’autre. Pas facile.

Ok for short stay

- Easy access by car - Good sized room

- We stayed only 2 nights and the room was never cleaned - Breakfast is fine but for a 3-star hotel it is not possible to serve everything on paper tableware - I didn't like the additional deposit policy even though it is a common practice in some hotels.

Propreté, grandeur de la chambre était bonne, un micro onde dans la chambre, personnel gentil, lit comfortable

-Petitdej modeste, à diversifier plus vu le prix. Surtt en viennoiserie et fruits -sofa-lit pas du tt comfortable et les ressorts se sentaient partout. En plus, y avait pas de couverture prévue d'avance pour la 3eme personne pour le sofa-lit (ç a été fourni en demandant) -bruut pas controlé: la nuit du nouvel an était terrible pour nous car beaucoup de gens qui parlaient fort et criaient au corrido et personne n'est intervenu pour assurer le calme!

I have paid for my stay via Booking. My card was charged also by the hotel. So I paid double for the stay. And it’s been two weeks since we left and I still didn’t get my money back.

The location on a highway in an industrial area not ideal without a car. Windows are fixed in the rooms and can’t be opened for fresh air The bed was too soft. Had a bad back every morning

room was fine, staff friendly and curteous, but location only suitable as a motor inn.

Breakfast was ok, but there was no other food available The location is poor unless you have a car It is in an industrial area with no discernable food outlets unless you walk several kms or take a bus from a stop about 10 minutes away.

Would have expected/liked a restaurant/cafe onsite for the price paid for the room. The gym wss very small snd lacked some equipment

The shower does not have A door to close so you end up getting the floor wet in the bathroom. Almost slipped in the bathroom so just be careful when getting in the shower. Bed was lumpy

Wonderful family stay in Laval, close proximity to access Montreal and all the major site by Metro.

Super clean, nice, renovated rooms. Good breakfast, fresh and items were different all 3 days we were there. Staff very helpful and friendly. In particular want to make mention of Tatiana who went above and beyond to make my family’s stay pleasant. From providing us a map and guiding us through the transit system, writing out where to get off for everywhere we wanted to see, to running towels to us at the pool for our kids when we forgot to bring them from our room - amazingly kind employee! Thank you!!

There isn’t any we can say we didn’t like. Some suggestions I could make is maybe opening the pool slightly earlier (it opens at 9am) and perhaps a better quality coffee machine in rooms.

Quite enjoyable but please add somewhere to sit in the room.

We arrived earlier than planned but the staff at the reception desk were accommating. We did have to wait a while but he kept checking. The breakfast was fine.

It would have been nice to have a chair in the room other than just one swivel chair at the desk. We had to sit on the bed the whole time we were in the room.

Pool was out of service for the 4 days we were there. My children were looking forward to using that facility and were disappointed when we found out they couldn't use it.

Excellent family weekend to end the week of school break

Comfortable and spacious room. Breakfast was very correct and abundant. The pool is very quality with water at the temperature ideal to be with family although the water and the interior walls of the pool are something dirty ... needs urgent cleaning. Fitness facilities in bad condition.
