The service was excellent. The room had everything we needed. The food was delicious.
There were no bars in the bath tub and I am not as steady as I would like. The bed was too high. I could not use the stool because I may fall during the night getting up and down. The couch was very comfortable though.

The room was clean and comfortable and sufficient for one night. Also included breakfast.
The room was very 'tired' and in need of an upgrade. Breakfast was yogurt, apples, muffins and coffee which were all fine but not very substantial.

The room was clean and functional for what we required, being close to a wedding we were attending in Kamloops.
It was a low cost option for us to stay in Kamloops as a family option. The road and rail noise was quite high, given its location near the highway and tracks.

Nothing comes to mind.

Manager was friendly and very helpful. We didn't expect any breakfast so large muffin was a bonus!!

La chambre avec une bonne salle de bain.
C’est un peu bruyant.

Were given a very quiet room on the back corner and could sleep with the screened window open and air conditioning turned off. The bath/shower enclosure was very new and clean. Good for an on-route night of rest.

Despite the location it’s very quiet.
A big truck towing a trailer parked taking up five parking spots. More parking required

Friendly front desk staff, and well-appointed room. Clean and comfortable. It worked well as a stopover. I appreciated the yogurt and muffins.

Bed was comfortable.
Coffee perk in room but no coffee. Quite dated for price charged.

Close to highway, free parking
Only the coffee machine was not cleaned

Stayed over for one night on our way to Vancouver. Rooms were big and relatively clean. The AC was very appreciated. Nothing special but really ok for one night. Staff at reception was nice.
There was a bit of a strange smell of chlorine in the reception and the rooms. Maybe from cleaning. But we got used to it after a while. But something to consider of you are sensitive to odours.

Room was dirty, bed lumpy, microwave broken and dead bugs throughout the room.

Was only passing through on the way to Revelstoke but it was a good location for that. Rooms were a good size. Staff were friendly.
Beds weren’t very comfy but that’s personal preference, can’t please everyone. Way too soft for me. The sink was blocked when we arrived but it was late so didn’t bother getting it fixed, just told them on check out the following morning. The light fixtures rattled whenever a train went past.

Room was clean.
Even though Non-Smoking Room, it had smell of smoke. It was aged (needs to be updated) and brighter colour paint applied. Motel is very close to the highway and I could hear the highway noise (even though they said it was quiet). Continental breakfast included muffin, yogurt and apple; all Costco product.

Bed was clean,
Carpet was stained, water had odd taste. Coffee and 1/2 a muffin is not a breakfast by todays standards.

Price was good. Bed comfortable
Room needs updating

Good location for our stay, good price.
Breakfast was underwhelming: coffee was cold, muffins were stale, wasn’t replenished, so only one out of the 3 in our party got sufficient food.

Was great until checkout then they said a tiny wet spot on mattress would cost me the entire damage deposit of $200, there was 5 others staying there at the time an they wouldn't let me use a blow dryer to dry the spot and it was 80 a night I have platinum booking.com membership I have stayed in 100 of hotels this is the worse blatant rip off ever. I would be willing to even pay 80 and stay there the night clean ityself and then leave the next day and get the other 120 back but they stole the money and refused negotiations. SCAMMERS AND THIEVES.
Taking the entire damage deposit over a small wet spot on the mattress. 200 when it was 80 a night for the room. I offered to dry it they wouldn't let me. No negotiation but I have bookings.com on my side and I am fighting these people it was Christmas too.... Bah humbug .

Great room friendly customer service. Until checkout time then a small 6 inch Gatorade (doesn't stain) was made. I noticed it at checkout time I asked for a hairdryer and had some oxy clean to clean the small light wet mark on the mattress they said no, then I said well with a hairdryer and 10 minutes I could fix the light wet spot on the mattress . They said no they can't rent room now and I would forfit the entire $200 damage deposit. The room was $76.97/night I stayed there 2 nights and there was about 15 vacant rooms at that time. How do you justify a 20 minute max job with a hairdryer and oxyclean, which I offered to do and lose 50 of damage deposit. They again said they couldn't rent the room now even though there was 15+ other rooms vacant.
They said they would not be able to rent the room for the night until spot dried naturally. So that would have been 80 dollars for one night. And there is a bunch of vacant rooms available there. I contacted booking.com who agreed that it was unreasonable that they charge $200 for that small wet spot. I rented in the past it was Christmas and they scammed my deposit. I will never recommend this place and I am now going to pursue legal action against them. How many times have they done this to other people that is not fair on Christmas too the deposit was for my kids presents now I am without all because of the greed of the owners of this place. I am not going to rest until I have made public and exposed these crooked people.
