Nous n'avons rien apprécié si ce n'est le personnel très serviable.

Tout ! Chambre sale, mobilier sérieusement abimé, 1seule chaise et un pauvre canapé sales, sol sale, rideaux déchirés, il a fallu faire changer les serviettes qui étaient sales et faire installer des cintres sur la tringle du placard sans porte ! Bref cet hôtel est à fuir. Les photos sur le site ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité.

Poor state of room

The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The linen and towels were clean and it was easy to get onto the highway from here.

I don't like to give negative reviews but there were too many things to overlook, and I don't know if this was representative of the other rooms. Unfortunately the floors hadn't been cleaned, there were stains and some small items of garbage on the floor in the living area, and there were stains all over the furniture. The remote control for the TV was missing, coffee facilities hadn't been topped up and there was a hole in the bedroom wall and the covering board was loose. There were also holes in the headboard where the bedside lights should have been. I'm not sure if the room was under repair with bare wooden struts/panels in the bathroom and kitchen. I wasn't able to find anyone to report these issues to when I was checking out.

Outrageous deposit

The receptionist accused us of trashing a room during a previous stay which we 100% didnt! ! At first refused us a room but then agreed to rent us one but only if we payed a $600 deposit ! Double the cost of our stay! We will never stay here again

The hotel and Booking.com offered no solution to their error.

Made reservation through Booking.com. After a five hour drive in 30C weather with my dog, I arrived at the hotel to find out there was an error and the hotel was not able to honour the rate I have already paid. I then cancelled and was fortunately able to get a refund. Very frustrating!! As the next best hotel price was well over my budget.

It was just a one night quick sleep.

It had a bed and a fridge.

It’s very tired and has just had a superficial face Lift. The sink leaks. No pillow cases. Drapes look like fabric scraps.

The room was big, the bed was big, the mini fridge ,

The floor was dirty not washed, the big square hole in the desk , the seal needs replacing on the bathroom tap, the door swings towards the toilet and bathtub so you can’t move, it should be a hidden inside slider door instead, daylight coming through the bottom of the entrance door, the door hanger for outside doesn’t say maid makeup room in morning on the other side both sides says do not disturb ?,

I have stayed at this motel several times & made several suggestions in these reviews. This time was spectacular! When we arrived, paperwork was printed & waiting for signatures. When we entered the room, the air conditioner had been running so room already was comfortable, TV already was turned on so no hassles with figuring out how to get that service. There also was a chair & a task lamp at the desk. Lighting by the bed is excellent for reading, sewing or needlework.

Sadly, the task lamp had a malfunction-it only flicked on for a few seconds at regular intervals. Switching plug in outlets did not resolve the problem.

Wasn't pleased with the smell. Unable to watch TV, they said because of the weather. Meanwhile, other people staying there had no problem with theirs. Brought it up, no help what so ever or even a discount

Great value for the money & family suite was a really good configuration for our party of 4 adults

I made an error in the date when I booked the room (same day booking). The front desk staff sorted it out with booking.com for me. Thanks so much!

Stay somewhere else! They’re rip you off.

Charged for days I didn’t stay. They kept trying to keep my damage deposit had to call several times , got it back after a month.

We couldn’t see our vehicle parked in the back to the entrance of our room which had furniture on it. I suppose we could have parked on the opposite side of hotel and walked around the building to get to it but it would have been visable to us there.

Cheap but better options.

Room was somewhat upgraded, decent sized.

Beds are hard, took far too long to get my damage deposit back after asking several times. Sent my laundry in because they said they would do it, got it back 2 days later still dirty. Truck got spray painted in parking lot first night there.

centrally located & has an on site restaurant!

had to ask for a chair to sit at the desk. as with most motels, lighting is inadequate to work or read. Also typical of most motels in this price range, eating on the bed is far too common & uncomfortable.
