It was a decent place to stay.

The bed was comfortable; my kids loved the welcome bags; the staff were friendly. We were thankful for air conditioning on a very hot summer day.

The floor hadn’t been vacuumed- we found dog hair and dog treats. Everything else was very clean. There was an outside light attached to the hotel that was right outside our window and so even with blackout curtains, it was quite bright all night. The light came in around the edges of the curtains.

Sad to say, would not commend.

A/c in the second room was on. Clean towels. 1 spot for parking available- grateful the desk clerk pointed it out for me.

I next to never add reviews- but as we all travel for this price point, it was a shock. Rooms reno’d poorly, damaged door frames and locks - felt unsafe. Room had garbage in it - a/c not on room @ 39°C. They did change rooms, which was cooler, but still poorly reno’d as they indicated they were done reno’s. No facility info available. Bed very uncomfortable with horrible wilty smelly pillows. No breakfast - but a discount I think at the restaurant I found on my own- it closed 5 minutes before I could get food - it is not part of the hotel and is not marked inside the building, but there it is hidden in a corner access with glass windows. Sad to see such a big chain poorly put lipstick on a decayed building - not well maintained. It could have been great. They asked me for a review through text or email, well before I checked out. Parking was quick sharp turns off busy road and another quick left into the parking lot with other motorists blasting horns to quick signal changes to enter - not safe.

房间太吵,电梯、楼梯都有很大的声音. 电视不能用, 沐浴是空的. 没有牙刷(需要收费提供) 早餐没有及时的给早餐卷. 导致早上要交涉很久才能用餐. The room is too noisy, the elevators and stairs are loud, the TV doesn't work and the bath is empty. No toothbrush (available for a fee) Breakfast rolls were not given in time. This leads to a long morning of negotiation before eating.

When you enter the room, feels like you are entering an astray. the bathroom is the worse. the vents are so full of dust that I was scared to turn on the heather...it's truly disgusting! there are mold everywhere, the bathroom was so full of mold that I the baseboard are falling...stay away! I didn't expect a 5 star hotel, but at least clean....

Won’t EVER stay here again

Location

Was “upgraded” to largest room as the king suite I booked was under renovation. Room was 2 queen beds, one broken, one with stained duvet, dirty, needs TLC. Requested to be put in a king room as that is what I paid for. Room was dirty, still had painters tape on the ceiling, smelled of paint, counter was visibly dirty. Staff clearly hates their job. Not in the least concerned with making it right. Super disappointed Ramada.

Give room 101 a miss

It was cheap, and clean and it had parking for our 24ft RV.

Check in was a slow process. Room 101 is right near a secure exit, however the door does not shut automatically which ensues a horrible beeping sound until the door is shut. This kept us up most of the night as unfortunately the hotel was filled with heaps of teenage girls from a volleyball comp who where being teenagers being loud and leaving the external door open. The hotel gave us some hotel credits for the inconvenience, but would asked to be moved if you get given this room.

Great staff, stay away from west wing.

Great location that is close to the university.

Room 405 was poorly updated. The laminate flooring has no soundproofing so you hear the room above. Hard to sleep with the noise. West wing is not the same quality room as the main building.
