The facility is clean and updated.
The suites are well appointed and roomy.
Great value for a family get together!
The location is a little sketchy, but otherwise, an exceptional stay.

Extremely clean hotel!! Good breakfast. Extended 2 Bedroom suite was very large with all the amenities.
Lighting was very poor in main areas (kitchen and living room). Had to use flashlights to play cards or games.

Close to university campus
Not a good value and paying for parking was not mentioned on booking. Besides it is outdoor parking shares with shops in plaza. Paid parking is unjustified

Breakfast was really great.
Asked fot early Check-in and They talk me they were gonna call me when room is ready.

The hotel charged me more than the booking.com confirmed price

The hotel is located within about 10 minutes (drive) of the main attractions in London. The room was also quite spacious. The parking was quite secure, offering certain tap features for added peace of mind while in London. The breakfast was also fairly decent with good choices.
The facilities in the hotel like the fitness room are quite outdated including the rooms, which I felt were quite dark. In terms of safety, I feel the area just outside the hotel wasn't necessarily the safest in London. Additionally, I feel that the breakfast timings for especially things such as the long weekend should be extended for added convenience.

Room was upgraded upon check in, receptionist was very polite and informative. Room was spacious and clean, couldn’t ask for more!

It was near my work and had underground parking, which gave us safety. The unit is presentable and complete. The curtain cuts the lights perfectly, and the shower is amazing. Have a full kitchen and a convenience store nearby. the cafeteria was nice with tasty food.
the bed was made with a torn fitted. The bathroom vent was dusty. In the freezer, the ice fell in the middle of the night, making strong noise, and the Nespresso machine, water tank was yellow inside.

Extremely clean. Nice to have a full kitchen for multiple night stay. Staff were extremely friendly, particularly Rav and her colleagues at the front desk. Pet friendly. Underground parking. Very quiet facility overall even though it is close to traffic, train tracks and fire station. Grassy area available in front of hotel for pets. Lots of plugs throughout the room that are easy to access, which is helpful for multiple devices. Good water pressure in the shower. Short drive to multiple City parks. Relatively easy access to highways and major roads
Surprised that parking was not included in the room rate. Surrounding neighbourhood has many homeless people, which is sad and not the hotel's fault. Disappointed that this hotel charges a pet cleaning fee. One would expect that the room is thoroughly cleaned regardless of pets being there and our pet does not shed.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful
The bed was not that comfortable, could have used a nice pillow top mattress

All was good. The only thing I could have used was a broom and mop to sweep up and was the floor during our stay as the weather was so wet and my large dog tracked in a lot of dirt. plus with the warmer weather, he was shedding A lot of his winter fur, as he is a winter dog.
The only downside was that there were no sizers to cut open packages, no can opener and no large or small sharp knives for cutting veggies, etc.
