it looks like i am being double charged have to wait and see if changes

Nothing

Garbage wasn't emptied from previous guests.. Feces dripping down toilet from previous guests. Overall dirty. Would not recommend. Drug dealers dealing out front of facility. Parking didn't seem safe as drug addicts were wandering around the above and below ground parking

It was a good place for just a place to sleep

The beds and pillows were comfortable, decent value for price.

There was not good signage on the building to know if we were at the right place. the door to the room was not very soundproof (there was also a gap along the side of the door). we could hear everything in the hallway. Breakfast only until 9am on a weekend is not very feasible.

When discussed with front desk I was told “they would look into it” …Would not recommend.

-only 1 working elevator. -No easy stair access from first level for guest who doesn’t take elevators. -Leaking bathroom sink. -bathroom sink didn’t drain properly -No air conditioning in bedroom. -main tv Converter did not work. -Pull out sofa was awfully uncomfortable. -No conditioner in bathroom. -staff never came in to change garbage’s or give new towels. -breakfast cleaned up and closed by 9am is not convenient when staying with children who need adequate sleep for a dance competition.

Disappointed!

Bed was comfortable , breakfast was convenient.

It was very tired looking, needs refurbishment. Location wasn't what I expected due to being in a rundown area next to many homeless people.

Booking.com

It was dirty, half way house on the one side of you, people doing drugs in the alley, sinks get backed up, beds were terrible, staff doesn’t want to help fix issues. You pay good money to stay there from Thursday-Sunday. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Needed to be transferred because fridge didn’t work and sink was clogged. And no one came in with more towels or to collect garbage

Pleasantly surprised since I had not heard about Allure Hotels.

proximity to downtown,restaurants,Budweiser Center,etc.

We had the address on our GPS.We pulled up to the building saw the address was right,but no evidence of a sign,to us it looked like a apartment building. A bike hung on the railing.We called and the receptionist saw our and confirmed we were at the hotel. We realized it’s name has been changed but I think a temporary sign would be helpful. Other wise the hotel was good.

Even though we had a few concerns, we would stay at this hotel again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The fridge in the room was a good size. The hotel was very quiet even though it was very busy. The underground parking was appreciated. The hotel was within walking distance of the Budweiser Centre and restaurants. Very convenient location!

The carpet in the room had stains on it. Not a big deal but it made us wonder about the cleanliness of other parts of the room. The mattress slightly dipped in the middle so made for a restless sleep. The hotel was busy but there was only one elevator working.

All in all our stay was good!

The room was a little cramped but bed was comfy! Enjoyed the breakfast!

The only major complaint we have is that the person checking us out should have told us that our credit card would show as "Holiday Inn Express" and not "Allure Hotel"! This caused us to have our credit card cancelled as we thought it had been compromised! Please ensure you let your patrons know that their credit card amount will show as "Holiday Inn Express" and hopefully this will alleviate someone else having to cancel their credit card! Needless to say it was a very upsetting experience!

very dirty and outdated, our room was dirty and gross. a massive red wet stain on the floor as soon as we walked in. wallpaper falling off the walls.

Decent Downtown London Stay

The staff were friendly. Continental breakfast was nice, clean and fresh.

Getting in after midnight was a little tricky. Finally made it in.
