Solid. I can always count on this DoubleTree.

I stay at this DoubleTree every time I come to Atlanta for work. It is close to the Lockheed Low Speed Wind Tunnel. Staff is always very friendly.

I usually sleep great here, but this time I slept terrible. The mattress in the room I was in seemed to be a bit soft, maybe ready to be replaced?

It was good but could have been better.

Enjoyed that the swimming pool was indoors.

I didn't like that the room didn't include breakfast nor was I told that it didn't include breakfast. Came to find out that breakfast was over 20$ a person. The front desk woman came off as fairly rude and acted like my questions was a burden to her.

The location was excellent since we were there to watch the Braves play. Absolutely appreciated the shuttle to & from the game. Enjoyed the cookies too!

Beds were comfortable, tv was a very good size.

Breakfast was way overpriced. $17 for standard hotel breakfast. No way. Room wasn’t ready at 4 pm. We arrived early and waited til 4 and then the customer service tried booking us another room after we had already paid and pre-checked in.

Location, beds, large bathroom

You need to have an additional door for guests to enter/exit the hotel. The lobby is constantly full of people checking in/out. Very inconvenient for established guests coming/going with all the people crammed into the same area/entrance.

Enjoyable but could use improvement.

Bed very comfortable. Nice staff. Very clean. Convenient location.

Coffee in room not very good. Had to pay for things most hotels have for free. Also no charging ports or stations for electronics in room.

Pleasant

Alisha at the front desk was fabulous!!!Everyday she was a breath of fresh air. She needs to be a trainer for some of the others at the front desk. The Place was Beautiful,great location ,and super easy to get too. Got a $ 30 day credit didn't know why when I checked out I would've know so I could have used it on breakfast

That I couldn't ask for my room to be clean day of request. Checking in the young lady was friendly. At Check out found out I had a $30 credit. Wish I know before hand

Good hotel pick.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. The environment was quiet and decorated nicely. The room size was decent. The hotel did fix a mistake with my booking and it was taken care of.

The breakfast that was included in the booking was not acutally included. I was charged extra for breakfast although my booking said breakfast included. The problem was resolved so other than that it was all good.

Not worth the money.

Most of the staff were nice and the lobby area was nice.

Only one person running the front desk. Took about 30 mins to check in. The restaurant was a waste of time and way to expensive for what little they had to offer at dinner. The beds were hard, the vents had months of dust all over them. The telephone didn’t work, very little lighting in the room. I could go on and on. I wish I had took pictures.

The room was clean nice and comfortable.

There was no hot water. We had to checkout with out taking a shower. The woman at the front desk had an attitude about the situation. We weren't even offered to stay late and checkout after hot water would be returned.

The room looked nothing like the pictures. The balcony I paid extra for had mold covered all on it, the dressers had scratches all over them. The shower had mold in the corners. The chair in the room was stained and had rips on it. I checked out an hour after I checked in.

The hotel was very clean and staff was awesome from the check in to check out.

I did not eat breakfast but the location was perfect.

They could have had 2 vans going back and forth from the event for less wait times. The Trolley driver was very nice but had the heat on high so it was uncomfortable to pack in the van.
