We stay at this hotel annually for trips to see the Braves.

I love that we can walk to Truist Park from the hotel. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

Was a decent hotel.

Staff was friendly.

Breakfast didn’t have any meat options for non beef or pork eaters. Juice machine broke down so there was no options for beverages besides coffee. Laundry facility had a puddle of sitting water. Couldn’t iron clothes because the iron kept sticking to them.

Awesome

GiGi checked us in after the Braves v Cardinals game and she was absolutely amazing! I would come back to this hotel again based solely on the service and amazing way she treated me and my son. She’s an asset to your hotel!

We enjoyed our stay and would return.

I liked the size of our room and that check in went smoothly! It is also within walking distance to Truist park which is a huge plus!

I wish the bed would have been more comfortable and more pillows would have provided!

Beautiful stay , with close access to Truist field.

The staff was so welcoming and kind. We loved how close it was to the game. I would stay here again

Excellent Stay, Highly satisfied- Will Stay Again

We picked this hotel based off the location to the Braves stadium. It is a short easy walk to the stadium and that was exactly what I was w looking for. The staff was absolutely lovely, everyone was helpful, kind, welcoming and was very professional. The Breakfast was good, stayed well stocked and a staff member was there if anything was needed. Room and facilities were cleaned well. It was an excellent experience.

Shower set up - our shower head was a little out dated and was hard to move which caused the bathroom floors to get soaking wet, due to the “floor plan/set up”. All of our trash cans did not have bags in them, I wasn’t sure if that was on purpose or not, but it was noticed. Pricing of the items in the mini store were a little high. Pool/Hot Tub we visited twice, once it was not the cleanest- had wet towels folded to be used in the entry way before entering the pool.

Nice stay for a Braves game. Staff great.

Front desk day and night staff were very friendly and helpful including breakfast staff. Lots of breakfast options- more than most.

Wished they had free shuttles to Truist Park.

Okay so, the pool was “indoor”, but it wasn’t in the building, it was moreso in the back in a type of “greenhouse” like for plants. It was vvveeeerrrrryyyy hot in there very much like a sauna where I would have rather just got a pool outside, it was unbearable, the only reason this place doesn’t get a 10. At least get windows for that greenhouse, sheesh!

Through no fault of the hotel we were without water for the majority of our stay. A water main break right outside the hotel had the roads closed so we had to walk everywhere.

Great stay for what we needed.

We loved how close it was to the ballpark. the breakfast options were great. Lots of room. Free parking.

Unfortunately when we arrived the whole road to get to the hotel was blocked due to a water main break. The hotel did not have any water. I understand it was not the hotels fault but some warning would have been nice. The hotel felt a little dated.

Awesome place, would love to stay again

Staff was very friendly, our friends room was on a different floor and they moved us to a closer room for free and no complaints! Highly recommend if you want to be close to everything in Atlanta but not in the middle of it all.

nothing good to say

the location.

we had not been checked in 20 minutes and I was told that my two year old needed to be quiet because the person on the floor below us had complained. the whole third floor smelled terrible. there was bags of trash sitting outside the rooms we called to have sheets and towels brought to us and they were not delivered when we called to tell the staff they told us we had to call before 12 (which we did) to have the room cleaned. the next day we called in the morning to have our room cleaned we got back to the hotel around 6 that evening and no one had cleaned the room or left towels or anything.

Would not stay there again

Location was great

bed was uncomfortably hard and the sheets were thin and frankly not adequate. Food during breakfast was worth what we paid for it - $0 - ended up going out each morning after the first.
