Very good

Our stay was comfortable. Very good windows to keep out road and train noise.

It was expensive for an ordinary room. Very noisy air-conditioner.

It was ok

Location was good - there was not a breakfast- only coffee in the lobby - and should at least have real cream , not the powdered stuff !

Mattress was not comfortable! TV was positioned so that only one of us could watch from the bed. Could not operate tv remote when using the channel guide.

Good option in Cranbrook

This was our second time staying here and it seems like they had made the effort to improve the look of the property a little. For example it seems like some areas were freshly painted and maybe the rooms were a little cleaner than before. The rooms really are a very good size, the common areas are pleasant, and we enjoyed the hot tub. We liked having coffee available at all times in the lobby. The room had everything we needed; plenty of outlets, toiletries, hair dryer. I haven't stayed in any other hotels in Cranbrook but this hotel appears to be the nicest option (at least by the way the other hotels look from the outside).

There wasn't really anything we didn't like. We appreciated the efforts to freshen up the hotel.

we were not allowed to stay

nothing

management. not allowed to stay there after paying in full and receiving confirmation of stay. because we were travelling with a visa debit card they refused our stay…they did not want to charge the $25 deposit to a visa debit as it is not a “real” credit card. the same card which paid for this room online…

It was a Clean Hotel, with Easy Access, I would stay there again

Rooms were not Properly insulated, We could here the Neighbors Talking. they were not talking load but we could here them.

Good option in Cranbrook

The things I liked most about the hotel were the size of the room and the pool/hot tub. We had plenty of space to spread out and we really enjoyed the hot tub after being out in the cold most of the day. I would stay here again.

There was really nothing we didn't like. I would say that if the hotel really wanted to wow perhaps they could do a deep cleaning and face lift in the rooms. Don't get me wrong - nothing was excessively dirty or broken. Little things, like cleaning the grout in the shower and repairing scuff marks on the walls, would go a long way to impress.

Very nice hotel in Cranbrook

location and food was good, nice esthetic hotel. pool and hot tub are dated but work fine.

The gym. We were disappointed our teenage football player sons were not allowed to use the gym. But wow, it was so nice

Room is outdated and had damp/mildew-like odour upon walking in.
