passable lorsque prix économique en ligne sinon cher

Réservation en ligne et réception de la mauvaise chambre déjà occupé donc relocalisation dans un autre chambre...pas très propre et accessoires de chambre non fonctionnel comme le séchoir et la cafetière le plastique est sécher et casse dedans. Entend des animaux dans les autres chambres ...chien et chat...

Very disappointed!

The environment was very noisy, not friendly for families with kids. So many people keep hanging around until very late and talking, playing music, having parties. The security is very poor, no cameras on the floor. Ceiling in our bathroom was leaking 3 days. After 2 nights witnessed a lot of water leaking from the room upstairs and from the bathroom lamp ( which is dangerous, electric cables, etc.) and unfortunately the hotel management can’t provide another room ( saying fully booked). On the 3 day we had to leave early, we couldn’t use the toilet properly, water keep leaking on the toilet itself.

The hotel is good.

Pros: Friendly staff. You can stay with animals. You can leave a deposit in cash, which is very convenient. Large parking lot. The room has air conditioning.

Of the minuses: the window in the room did not open. In the hallway you can smell cannabis, if you are traveling with a child it is not very pleasant.

Une nuit terrible et non repossant je ne recommande pas

Je nest pas aime la propreter de la chambre et les bruit des gens icit je me suis endormire a 3h du matin car personne voulais maide avev le voisin se matin je suis tres trres fatuige de plus de restauramt estf ferme ce netais meme indiquer dans la reservation tres decu de plus jai du changer de chambre car il se son tromper et les machine distributrice hort fonctionne cest rire des gense car avoir su cela je naurais jamais loue cher vous mon sejour icit ma bruler plus que autre chose derniere fois je venais icit et que je loue icit cest fini donc je.vous est ecrie a 2h du matin avec photo et video a lappui mais sans repomse bien evidament

Floor was sticky felt like not cleaned, whenever passed by the stove of the room it smelled..it was unbelievably it had to charge me over CAD200 for a night

Clean toilets and bathroom. Good bed.

We wanted to check in before 3 pm. There was an option to pay for early check in. We were ready to pay. We even got a confirmation that the hotel is ready for early check in. But when we got there. They said room is not ready. Kept us waiting for 3 hours by saying it will be ready soon. Then told us that it will only be ready by 3 pm We had things planned that we had to cancel.

The room my family was supposed to stay in had two bins of left over garbage, and room was full of flies and fruit flies from the fruits in the bins. We did not even stay the night, packed our bags and left within 30 mins

I like the location and free parking.

1. The smell of the room as soon as you come in. It stinks!. I smell somebody has been smoking in there. I believe this is a smoke free hotel. 2 nights stay, 1 day of cleaning, did not change the beddings. I am 100% sure because the food stain i made was still on the sheets. So we are not sure the sheets wenused the first time was newly washed. 2. I asked for hot water did will not provide. The operator just told me to just use the keurig machine to get hot water. 3. The ice machine does dot dispense ice and smell stinks.

It wasn’t clean sticky floor stain on night stand Door had to be pushed hard to close No small rug by door it’s winter water under boots ruins floors and makes floor wet If it was under 75$ I could forgive but at $ 105 not acceptable

Meh.

The check in and check out was easy and the employees were nice. The price of the room was ok for New Year's eve.

The smell in the hallway was pretty terrible.. you are in for a headache. You then walk in the room and the smell gets way worst. I do not know if it comes from their detergent but it's pretty terrible and it smelled like chemical even after opening the window. Each hallway is secure and you need a key to enter but ours didnt not work on one side that night and my boyfriend had to go around the block at 3am to get us through the door.
