The Comfort was perfect for a quick overnight to visit my son and pick up grandson! Will be back

This was the perfect location near my son. The price was perfect. We left early so didn't experience breakfast but I like to stay at places that offer that.

The double bed was just a bit small for us - much prefer a queen

Ok, area was nice, bar the motorway being so close.

Breakfast was good, eggs & toast. I liked the area it was in + a shopping centre wasn't far. The receptionist was really nice and helpful. Arlington cemetery & the pentagon are only 20 mins away. It's really easy to get to by public transport from Dulles. Just get the silver line to Rosslyn, then change to blue line to Pentagon city & last get the 87 bus. Believe it or not its a lot easier then it sounds.

Ok, my room was on the motorway side of the hotel & I could hear every car, police & ambulance going by, that made it very hard to sleep. The Air con was very loud & I had to turn it off. Not much food options around the hotel so I made do with pizza (which was really nice) for 4 nights. TV channels weren't great either.

It was great, very clean and comfortable and I loved it was very well located. I would definitely come back!!

The check-in was really fast, it was very close to the main attractions, the breakfast was good and the staff too.

They had food dispensers in each floor, but no water or drink dispenser. I had to go to the first floor to get some water.

I made a mistake.

Free WiFi and free parking was very much appreciated.

The property hasn’t been maintained well and is old and outdated. Room smelled like wet carpet. I killed a large roach in my room. I had really noisy neighbors who argued most of the time they were around. During a phone call, I was asked who was in the room with me, but it was the neighbors being loud. During a power outage, the shelf in the closet partially separated from the wall and I had to put all of my hanging clothes on the bed.

DISAPPOINTED in my accommodations. Worst in my travels in 10 years.

I will never use Booking.com to book again. The property was horrible and I felt unsafe. Additionally, I did not realize your services were outside the U.S. until it was IMPOSSIBLE to get assistance regarding my reservation.

Comfortable

The front desk lady awesome very helpful. Once we got in the parking lot it was well lit.

It was kinda odd having to drive through a empty hotel parking to get to our hotel.

Quiet and pleasant except for the above comments.

Property location is bad and confusing

Provide better signage. Vestibule lounge furniture was horrible. I wouldn’t suggest anyone setting on the torn vinyl upholstery.

The visit to a Washington was great. Arlington cemetery closes too early.

Breakfast was fine. Hotel is basic.

I changed rooms because the first one smelled smoky. I don’t think the US is firm enough about non smoking in hotels. The majority of people do not smoke.

Unfriendly staff and bad plumbing

Clean and good location

Both sinks were stopped up and I informed front desk and she told me she would put in an order and this was 8:45 in the morning. Came back that night and the sink was never fixed. Talked to another employee and she said there no notation or written order.

Pleasant

we were allowed to checkin early which was a bonus but our room had a a broken air conditioner. We were given another room but overall it was a hassel to move since we were meeting family and had a long day. changing rooms late at night was not something i wanted to do. Breakfast was ok, nothing special, eggs were cold & runny.

Breakfast wasn't up to my standards. There wasn't a bar or place to eat in the hotel which made it harder to lounge around after a long travel day.
