뉴올리언스 컨벤션 센터 도보거리 저렴하고 아늑하고 맛있는 조식

아침식사 기대이상이었습니다. 특히 오믈렛이 제가 가장 좋아하는 것이었습니다. 와플기계로 미니와플을 만들수 있어서 숙박하는 내내 먹었습니다. 청소는 이틀에 한 번이라고 했는데, 혼자 사용했기에 필요하지 않았습니다.

Beyond my expectations.

The breakfast amenities were good.

My room was mediocre at best. The shelves in the bathroom are coming apart. The tub was dirty; had hair in it. The toilet paper roll was broken. Just horrible. I felt like I was in a motel room.

I highly recommend Hampton Inn Convention Center for your stay in NOLA

Positives:+++ Location to the port is excellent and the shuttle service works well.+++ Breakfast was Wonderful with make your own waffles, pastries, oatmeal etc.+++ Nice pool area.+++.. Luggage storage +++ Rooms very comfortable and quiet++++

Negative : the smoking area was right beside the pool. Not enjoyable for nonsmokers and not good for youth and adults enjoying the pool

Decent Location

The location was convenient, and I did not have any issues with the staff. Did notice one of the valet drivers, driving somebody car really fast. Didn't think that was okay.

What I didn't like was the fact that our room was so far from the elevator and the refrigerator wasn't working on our room.

This hotel was EVERYTHING!

Everything! Breakfast needs a little work...but the hotel rooms were gorgeous & clean! Although in my original reservation I requested a two bed room (but was given a one bed) we made it work!

Horrible, don’t stay here.

The balcony.

Everything else. They didn’t have the room ready when I got there and I had to wait with my mom and aunts who are all over 70 years of age. Also, the tv didn’t work once w finally got access to the room but the balcony was beautiful. After moving rooms because of the broken tv, we were given a room with NO balcony. I asked for a refund difference and they couldn’t assist. They didn’t offer us any consolations at all. So we left and found another hotel room.

Room was clean but not a good nights sleep with head against wall the elevator was on.

Staff wa nice and room was clean.

Our room was right by the elevator and the head of the bed was up against the wall where the elevator was. Our heads/bed vibrated every time the elevator went up and down. Did not make for a good nights sleep. We are cruising and will find somewhere else to stay.

Good choice for staying in New Orleans

The breakfast is very good. They have a lot of variety of food and drink. It locates very close to the convention center and the outlet for shopping. The staffs are gentle and very helpful.

Un très bon choix prore et confortable

Tout..... C'était propre, confortable, bien équipé. Vous avez des grands flacons de shampoing, après-shampoing et lait corporel. Très bon choix dans le petit déjeuner et vous êtes à une vingtaine de minutes à pied du centre. Personnel tres sympathique. J'y retournerais sans problème.

Sehr zentrale Lage. Ruhig. Zu Fuß war gut das French Quarter zu erreichen.

Frühstück sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig da Teller und Besteck alles zum Wegwerfen. Unterbringung für das Auto in der eigenen Garage sehr teuer 50€ für eine Nacht

Perfect if you are attending a convention center across the street.

The rooms were large and well appointed.

The $42 fee per day to park at the hotel seemed excessive. There was adequate street parking on a Sunday, but the street into the hotel was narrow and bumpy, which made getting your luggage in and out a bit of a hassle.

Great location, only sometimes great service

The valet and breakfast staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The size of our room was nice and was convenient for relaxing and resting after exploring all day. The location is fantastic, close proximity to lots of restaurants and things to do. Breakfast options were great

We were there for almost 5 days and not once did housekeeping service our room. So we had to stop at the front desk for things to restock our room, which in itself not a big deal. But what was not awesome was how the front desk staff acted as though we were inconveniencing them by asking. I could really have done without regular eye rolls. It's not our fault housekeeping didn't stop by Maybe take your frustrations and annoyance up with that situation instead of being rude to guests. The beds- were clean but overall uncomfortable. If you prefer a firm mattress , you will enjoy the beds. I prefer more medium and felt I was sleeping on a cardboard box, so your experience could vary based on preference

Superb location, great comfort, modest staff, ultra clean

As I had been invited to participate in an International Conference in the Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, LA, the Hampton Inn is the closest hotel located, just across the road. It took only a couple of minutes to reach the venue ! The Staff all-in-all were courteous, "accommodative" (pun intended!) and helpful. The modest person (I guess Gersan was his name) who checked me in was super copoerative and gave me the best room available with a view. Even for the vacationer, the Hotel is close to riverwalk the Mississippi Pier, the French Quarter, several Museums and the famous Aquarium. All within walking distance. The hotel is kept spick-and-span. Also has a laudry room with coin and credit-card operable machines. That is an added convenience !

All was OK, but may I suggest that for vegetarians such as myself, if they could provide more options in the continental breakfast, it will be highly appreciated !

Hotel em frente ao convention center, perto também do outlet, Canal St e French quarter. Quarto grande e confortável, funcionários atenciosos. Precisei trocar de quarto por motivo de barulho do vizinho e me atenderam prontamente.

Achei que faltou capricho na limpeza e arrumação da roupa de cama. Mas o que me desapontei foi o café da manhã: poucas opções e muito pesadas (doce e gordura), praticamente nada de saudável, fruta só maçã. Usam copo, prato e talheres descartáveis pra tudo, num mundo de hoje em que nos preocupamos com sustentabilidade isso me deu agonia. Mas conversei com colegas e parece ser assim em todos os hotéis da cidade.

Misleading information regarding free shuttle & location to cruise port

Good breakfast

The website says hotel is the closest to the cruise port, which is not true. Website says free shuttle to the cruise port but guests are made to come stand in a long line at 8am the day of their cruise to sign up for the shuttle, only to be told there is only 1 time to be shuttled. We were in line well before 8am, reached the desk at about 8:30 to be told there is only 1 time which was 9am. We hadn't showered, had breakfast & weren't boarding until 12-12:30pm so this one & only time didn't work for us, resulting in having to pay for a taxi. We booked at this hotel based on free shuttle & closest to terminal, which both ended up to be not the case.

You possibly won’t have a room when you arrive!

Wouldn’t know - you cancelled our reservation while we were en route and then just sent a text telling us we no longer had a room!

Says it’s the closest to the NCL cruise terminal - not true at all. Terrible customer service!

Little Get Away

I loved that everything was close by. I loved the breakfast. I loved how the staff greeted us upon arrival.

I really didn't care too much for the valet parking. I had to take alot with me out the car. I didn't care too much for the small pool area. It needs to be expanded for all the guesses they had.
