The fact that the hotel was in the heart of downtown was very convenient. I very much enjoyed my stay and seeing the sites. This was my very first time staying in Baltimore. It was a birthday trip. I would definitely come back.

The location was perfect for the stay we planned super convenient.
The rooms from 2021 till now are subpar. There was mold in the bathrooms and not very clean at best this room was ok for one night. We didn’t feel like the frustration of reporting everything and we had reservations at 7.

I was extremely disappointed by this hotel.
Upon checking in, my booking could not be found because they wrote my name wrong. Then the staff informed me to walk to the restaurant to grab a menu in order to order food to my room. After that, the food staff refused to answer the phone which aggravated myself and my family. The hotel was all in all a complete disaster, our room smelled like alcohol and throw up.
The worst part of it all is that after flying for 10 hours with 4 kids and 12 pieces of luggage none of the staff decided to help us with the luggage and they choose to just watch us struggle.

This was my 5th stay at this location because the location to Fells Point, Harbor, is great. You can walk right outside and everything is there.
Unfortunately I couldn’t believe how bad this property has gone down in just a year. Things happen but the carpet when you walk to the elevators looked like a large dead animal had been dragged over it 10X!, one of the elevators didn’t work, the air in our room never cut off, never and the coolest it got was 79, the light on the wall in the bathroom was literally hanging down and how you clean the bathroom and don’t report that or the hot room etc says a lot. For $20-30 more you can stay at another hotel around the corner. It will be worth it. Great location and it’s sad management has allowed this to happen.

The location is good. Very near the harbour. One staff member was helpful. You can open the windows a tiny bit.
Our bed was missing a top sheet on the first night. Which by the time you notice is late to get anything done about it. Had to ask three times to get the room made up properly. Staff were ok with us but actively rude to others. The room wasn't properly cleaned. The hotel is looking very tired overall.

location and cleanliness was excellent. valet was perfect yet pricey.
I thought the desk needed tips on treating guests better. They were very emotionless. asked for a band aid and they had none? not very approachable. also booked a king size bed and was given a 2-full beds. Could have made a complaint but didn’t want to disrupt my short time there.

I didn’t like that last booking agent or person that I called at the hotel did not for fill my request for the 12th floor my whole purpose for going and staying at that particular hotel wants to see the fireworks for New Year’s eve. Something that I told myself that I was going to do for many years I was excited I was one of the things on my bucket list before I turn 60 I’ll be 56 this year God willing so I guess you can see why I’m upset about that because me turning 56 is not promised to me hopefully and prayerfully I’ll be able to retry to see the fireworks next year as it in that the property was awesome staff was excellent restaurant clean the food delicious only problem I did not get to see the fireworks because there was an extremely large building blocking my view because I was not on the floor that I requested !!!!!

The receptionist. Had a list of nearby hotels that had rooms available.
Pissed off. Drive 4 hours to get here only to be told that they over booked and our reservation were cancelled and got no notification from either Booking.com or Hilton. No money back or even offered credit.
