Decent hotel - great location

Beds were very comfortable and plenty of channels on TV. Most of the staff were friendly, especially Roderick at the front desk. He was working the desk by himself when I checked in. Even with a long line of people waiting for assistance, he was still pleasant and helpful. Hotel is in a great location - very close to the Spectrum Center where our concert was.

Breakfast was good, but make sure you get there early. We got there around 9:30 and a staff member didn't seem happy we were "late" and acted like she didn't want to put more fresh food out. One staff member at the front desk wasn't very friendly during the evening shift.

My room was not all the way clean there was alcohol bottles underneath my bed I came with my 7 year old daughter

I didn’t like the breakfast there was no eggs the lady said it’s taking a long times on eggs what u see is what you get

Overall, we had a great stay.

We were very happy with the accomodations. The hotel was very clean and the parking garage was a breeze (unlike many of the hotels in Uptown Charlotte). We enjoyed the breakfast as well. Lots of choices and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

The toilet was extremely low. Due to a recent back injury, it was more difficult to use. The mattress could have been a little more comfortable as well.

Overpriced! No customer service whatsoever!

Very clean; comfortable beds; good breakfast.

Not friendly stuff, bad customer service; got shared room with super noisy neighbors; window was sealed in plastic, no view at all; missing soaps and trash can; no complimentary parking, it is $25 and plus hotel charged a deposit for a parking. What in a world!?

The check in person will, don’t tell me there was a blue area/ted area since the building was 2 hotels. In a nutshell i spent over an hour trying to get to my room, while being stuck on one side. The other hotel concierge told me I was supposed to have been informed at check in. I said that would have been nice.

Nice hotel, very poor management

The hotel itself was nice, and the staff at the lobby was very nice and helpful.

Sadly i am currently having to dispute charges, since the hotel has now charged me 3 times for the deposit that is required at the beginning of the stay. The manager was not helpful at all and i had to resort to going to my bank to get the over $180 worth of charges disputed and hopefully resolved.

My family and I had NO complaint...room clean, staff nice, location great and breakfast great.We had a excellent experience here.

I am sorry I don't have anything bad to report. My stay was EXCELLENT!!

Great hotel for a romantic evening in downtown Charlotte!

The king suite with hot tub was amazing. Great location!

Breakfast could be better with sausage, sausage gravy, and/or breakfast burritos or omelettes.

Not a good value for the price - - wish I had stayed at the hotel recomended by the Bridge club.

Breakfast was hot with many options to choose from. Location was within walking distance to many restaurants.

Room was small compared to Hampton Inn in Atlanta. Parking was overpriced and represented on the website as "available" which I read as included in the price.

Great experience.

Location and friendliness of staff. The toilet in my room stopped working shorty after checking in, I called guest services and they immediately began working on the issue but to no avail. Within an hour I was moved to another room.

It was horrible

Nothing about this stay was relaxing

I went and changed my card information to chime. Nobody called or text me about the information I have so many processed charges it’s ridiculous. We have a total of $758.00 charged to our cards the also kept trying to take payment from another card it was horrible. We checked in around 8 the a/c was not working in our second room 707 until midnight at night.

The fact that the pool was freezing cold, we informed several people and nothing was done. Then there was on black guy that was rude every time we saw him.
