Service client inexistant

Très déçu. Nous avons été bloqué par l'ouragan Debbie. Nous avons contacté par 2 fois l'hôtel la veille pour annuler devant le danger d'aller à Savannah ce jour la. Nous n'avons jamais eu de réponse mais par contre avons été prélevé sur notre compte bancaire très rapidement. Mauvaise expérience client. Dommage!

Not impressed. The room should be gutted and renovated. Not a good value.

Good Location. Valet and Desk Staff were friendly.

Room was no where near up to par. Not Clean. Bathroom was a disaster. Pipes made loud noises when you turned them on. Shower would randomly change to cold water. Room is in need of a serious need of an upgrade.

I still haven't received my 75.00 holding fee. At other hotels my money was back before I left. Rooms were small and older. No frig or coffee maker. For the cost I was expecting better than the common hotels. It was just okay.

The overview of the property was nice and very presentable.

The lack of communication with staff. I asked for towels/rags Saturday night at 9:00pm and never received them. Also called down for them again on Sunday morning at 9am and I never received any. I saw a housekeeper in the hallway , she wouldn’t give me any .. she said I had to call down to front desk and they would ping her. At 11:03am leaving for check out, housekeeping said she had just got the notification from front desk and ask did I need them still. I let her not unfortunately not, it’s check out time now. Upon checking out front desk discounted that 15% for the inconvenience after telling me I was charge for breakfast that I did not even attend. Let’s just say the stay wasn’t the best.

second time was NOT a charm

location

the outlets didn’t work in the bathroom, the room was dirty, and they charged us over $100 for a restaurant tab that was not ours. also, we paid $40 for valet parking, and the valet wasn’t available because there wasn’t enough staff. It was our second time staying at the property, and we were extremely disappointed with the amount we had to pay for such a disappointing experience.

Staff was wonderful and very helpful! The rooms are lovely and clean. Serious Savannah charm. Will absolutely stay again.

There was some renovations happening (sounds like above us). Did disrupt our sleep or stay but would have been nice to be given a heads up of when the work was happening.

Beautiful views, great location, but don’t bother trying to eat at the hotel - try great eateries nearby instead!

The location and beautiful view from our room’s balcony are worth it!

The restaurant below was understaffed, waitress was frezzled and a little rude… The waits to be seated and served for breakfast were a bummer. Since their counter-coffee place was closed, there was no choice to even get a cup of coffee but to put on a coat and try to elbow our way into one of the nearby coffee shops - all crowded in the morning. Also, hours for room service were erratic: we vacated out room by 9am when they were in our floor and then we didn’t return until 5pm, but they had not been thru our room yet and decide to knock on our door when we were showering and getting ready for dinner. I kinda expected more for the price range of this hotel.

We’ve been staying here for several years but probably won’t stay here again…

The location is amazing

The hotel seems like it’s been under construction since last year but yet nothing changes. They don’t have the cleanest or most quiet rooms but the location is great so we continue to stay here. Thankfully we were just staying one night this time because the shower started making a loud motor noise and stopped working. I’m guessing the same thing happened next door because the walls were rattling nonstop for about 20 minutes and there was a loud noise coming from next door. I tried calling the front desk but the manager didn’t answer (I left a voicemail). I then texted and they said they would call but never did….

The beds were too high The room was for 4 adults but only two chairs and beds too high to sit on Only one washcloth hotel cleaning/service staff didn't speak English when we tried to get extra items

it was not a pleasant stay

the staff was very nice

the shower pressure was horrible, the bathtub need to be re caulked, we didn’t have a refrigerator, the safe in room 820 was broke. and the cleaning crew did a horrible job in cleaning the room. and sorest make up was missing
