Extraordinary hotel

The staff at the hotel was exceptional-welcoming, attentive, helpful. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Perfect location.

A small thing, but the door of the room slammed loudly each time we left.

All together great stay. But if Motel 6 can have breakfast I feel like Hyatt can too.

Great Location. Hearing the city hall bell every hour was wonderful.

No breakfast. And the restaurant is expensive for no reason.

The best hotel experience I have ever had.

I liked service. Everyone was friendly.

Our view was of the lobby of the hotel lobby but other than that everything was excellent.

Really enjoyed the location and the ambience.

Room was very clean and quiet. View of the street was nice.

I went out to check out the garden terrace at night, and I got trapped out there and couldn’t get back in- inside door was bolted/locked, and sliding door was deactivated after 10. Fortunately, some patrons told me where the emergency door exit was so I could leave. If the doors lock after a certain time, there should be a sign that says so.

Great Town, great hotel, I would recommend a visit to Savannah,

Our room overlooked the river, on several occasions we saw dolphins swim by. the hotel is close to a whole range of restaurants and bars, shopping is only a few minutes walk.

Nice hotel and the staff were very cordial and accommodating. Roger was a great Bellman😀

Room smelled like smoke when we first entered. Hotel has thin walls and could hear every noise from other room. The housekeepers could be a little quieter as they cleaning nearby rooms in the morning.

The woman at the desk when we checked in on March 27 she was amazing The evening person that locks up the roof garden was just so friendly We enjoyed talking to both Donna gave great suggestions for sight seeing

The location

The towels were so old and had many stains on them. The sheets had a hole in them. It was so extremely noisy and at 2am I was woken up by a screaming guest in the lobby to then be escorted out of the hotel by the cops still screaming at 2:40am.

We loved the location to the River walk and also the city sidewalks. Savannah is a very charming city!!

The pillows were terrible! And I stayed at a Hyatt in Miami recently and the pillows were terrible there too!! Also there was yelling in the hallway during the night.

For $1300 and it being the Hyatt I expected better

Amazing view of the river. It was great watching the shipping vessels coming in and out of port saw dolphins beautiful

Over $600 a night and the “breakfast included” is actually $30 a person added on to your bill, the beds are like sleeping on concrete super hard and uncomfortable they closed all the amenities at 8 pm. I would not have book our room had I known these I definitely wouldn’t have paid an extra $120 for a breakfast that at best should have been $15 a person. Front desk staff on Saturday was rude and unapproachable. Our shower was clogged and when I stopped at front desk they were so rude I didn’t even report it

A bad start, but it was amended by the service provided.

I liked the customer service and their ability to hear out my issue. They resolved it quite well and I appreciated it.

My first room was filthy and looked lazily cleaned. As well as multiple things being broken within it. A baseboard, a soap dish, stained furniture. When you pay good money for a room and are immediately disappointed, it’s upsetting.

The location was excellent. It is within walking distance to a lot of attractions.

The bath tub was slippery when taking a shower. It needs a rubber mat.

The breakfast was delicious. Chris showed excellent customer service. He was professional at all times. We had ran into a problem while checking in. And Chris was able to fix the problem quickly. A special thanks to Christ H.

The Dinner wasn't so good. We ordered the Mahi meal and it was to salty. It left a bad tasted in my mouth.

Very disappointing, didn’t get the room that we reserved. It pretty much ruined the weekend.

Reserved a king room and they didn’t have any when we got here too late to change plans so my wife and I spent two nights not being able to sleep together. very disappointing.

An amazing 19th year Anniversary at an Amazing Hotel!

It had a beautiful view and perfect location. Within walking distance of all the action.

Some extra fee’s and astronomical convenience prices for the pantry items.

Loved the hotel and will definitely be coming back for another stay.

Loved the location on the river and being able to watch the cargo ships go by throughout the day. Very kind and helpful staff, and loved the daily complimentary wine and beer sampling at the hotel lounge. The bed was very comfortable also.

No complaints.
