AN IMAGINARY STAY IN MARAKESH

Palais namaskar vaut le coup pour une journée 80€ avec repas cocktail compris PAS POUR DORMIR IL MANQUE DE LENTRETIEN PA

Le palais en lui même est exceptionnel les jardins le personnel , la chambre spacieuse salle de bain très belle Le personnel sérieux !! Nous avons oublier une sacoche dans la précipitation ils l’ont retrouvé et il y avait toujours l’argent dedans ils l’ont mis de côté ils sont très accueillants agréable

J’ai pas pu passer les deux nuits réserver, car sur l’annonce il y a eu erreur nous avons réserver chambre avec piscine privée arrivée sur place c’était un petit bassin sombre comme un bassin à grenouille , et là on nous explique que c’est mal traduit par booking !! Mais il y a pas que ça il faut aussi remédier au problème d’invasion de fourmis sur la terrasse on peut pas poser les pied …. Le bassin qui est autour du petit bassin celui qui est censé être décoratif est vraiment dans un état pitoyable Et la terrasse de la chambre manque de soleil trop de zone d’ombre aucun endroit pour bronzer profiter du soleil par apport au prix de la nuit 400€ et quelques ( chambre de luxe) faut ça suit deriere svp…

Séjour aux petits soins dans un palais

L'endroit est magnifique : "palais" au milieu d'un jardin immense. Très belle architecture. Personnel très attentif. Chambre spacieuse et soignée avec une note ++ pour la salle-de-bain. Spa très agréable. Toute la déco est belle.

Les deux perroquets enfermés; de plus dans une (trop) petite cage. Inutile dans ce magnifique jardin.

Nice hotel but terrible staff with no acknowledgment of feedback

Property itself is beautiful with good facilities. Quite far from town but easy to get a taxi which was good. Food was very nice. Bedroom was lovely with very comfortable bed and great air con. WiFi was also very good.

Staff were very poor - would think it were a 3 star property at most based on staff alone. Lunch took ages to come, staff were not attentive and didn’t give us menus, take our order before we asked. When we asked for the bill, they always forgot to bring it. No pool service for drinks etc. Seemed some guests were treated as ‘priority’ with all the staff tending to one table at one point. Room staff equally poor. Knocked on our room at 10:15pm one day to refresh the room, which was unacceptable given we were about to go to bed. When we told reception they laughed it off and didn’t apologise. Also had incredibly noisy neighbours who came home drunk at 4pm and continued to drink and smash glasses outside. These were not cleaned up.

Wonderful resort outside of Marrakesh

Very nice and comfortable resort to relax and escape the hectic of Marrakesh (20min drive from the city center). Authentic and delicious Moroccan food, especially for dinner, very friendly staff. Pool villas in a very nice setting.

A bit outdated/ used infrastructure (e.g. at the gym)

dry clean n luxurious. friendly n hospitable staff. Amin was especially helpful and extremely polite. everyone is smiling and eager to help. The spa was out of this world.

Incredible relaxing experience in a truly luxurious hotel.

Overall was a fabulous hotel with great high standard facilities, incredible exterior, and very nice specious rooms. Breakfast by the pool was an amazing experience.

Amazing weekend trip in the most spectacular location.

The hotel is truly amazing and the room was spectacular, the facilities are also truly great, and the service is second to none.

They have parrots in a bird cage, which besides being cruel just by itself is quite disruptive as they are very noisy. these poor animals are suffering and they don’t add anything to the experience at all. We liked the location, it makes it even more unique, but bear in mind that you are 20 minutes from town and you need to plan accordingly.

The staff were very friendly but food service was very slow and confused. Housekeeping service was disappointing. The room was often not tidied and morning service was late in the day - mid afternoon. Pool and jacuzzi not heated out of season and too cold to use. No spa brochure in English and the staff didn’t speak English so not able to book any treatments while we were there

The property is so beautiful and our 2 bedroom suite with a private pool was well appointed with excellent views. We felt welcomed immediately and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. The staff booked tours, cars, dinners, and provided chargers for our electronics. The breakfast was incredible and our children looked forward to the hot cocoa and Moroccan crepes each morning. Again, we only wished that we had booked more time at this oasis.

This is only personal to me--I needed a lighter duvet as I get really hot at night.

It was good/ok. we won’t be returning though.

very nice and clean - the staff came through getting us a cab when our car we ordered did not show us. Kudos to them for that.

at the end of the trip - the staff was very weird about collecting payment for a meal - they got to the point of harassing me. I had already paid them $6,000 - did the staff think I was going to dine and dash? Very strange experience. The travel guide they provided for us loved to run his mouth but would not shut up and listen to us.
