Une belle découverte

Praticamente tutto , consiglio di accedere alla Spa per provare i loro trattamenti altamente qualificati e professionali, tutto lo staff e’ stato grandioso , accogliendoci ad un ora tarda della sera alleviando totalmente le fatiche della giornata accumulate nell’escursione nel deserto . Voto 10 !

Calm and serene Oasis away from the city hussle

Staff, Lobna, Abdelraim and Ishraq from the management team are just great! staff at the restaurant are very helpful and always smiling jaccuzi and indoor pool is amazing its a serene calm oasis, we were lucky as we were the only guests around so we kindof had the whole resort for ourselves

gym could be a bit improved and more weights , a bar and fix the step device food could be further improved although it is very much acceptable (i guess some days a chef comes and the food is very nice and other days if the chef is not there it can improve a bit)

Femmes de chambre et barman très gentils.

Très loin de la médina et très isolé de tout. Rien autour de l’hôtel, pas d’éclairage aux alentours… Pas d’intimité aux sanitaires dans la chambre car pas de porte, la housse de couette avec une tache…On vous accueille en ne vous expliquant rien ni sur les activités ni comment se déroulent le système des taxis…

After two appalling experiences with previous Booking.com properties in Marrakesh, this was perfect

Staff and facilities were excellent, Breakfast pretty good

Evening dinner facilities not great and little used, perhaps time of year. Remote location necessitates a car, in most cases.

Goede ontvangst, vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt was prima. Diner was goed.

Op booking werd gezegd dat er een bubbelbad was en jacuzzi. In werkelijkheid was dit anders. Wij kregen nadat we dit vroegen een kamer met bad. Viel erg tegen, geen bubbelbad. Kamer was koud. Jacuzzi konden we niet meer gebruiken omdat wij laat aankwamen. De gehele villa deel je met andere. Dit was voor ons niet duidelijk. Badkamer werd ook geen foto van getoond op booking, omdat dit gewoon teleurstellend is.

We enjoyed our stay much and plan to visit Janat Al Atlas again soon

The breakfast was acceptable but it could be richer. The SPA is a 5 stars facility and the staff are friendly and professional. The menu in the Restaurant is well selected and the Food is delicious.

Honestly speaking all was great.

Au top je suis ravis de mon séjour . L’hôtel “ villa “ est juste magnifique , la décoration est extraordinaire , le personnel au petit soin . C’est propre c’est agréable je suis absolument ravies de mon séjour . Prévoyez quand même un petit budget pour le taxi car la palmeray est à peu loin . Mais sinon le cadre est magnifique. La nourriture du restaurant est super bonne . Des bon plans fais maison . Et leur spa est splendide .

Good worth of money, for a nice experience.

I was greeted with warm hospitality and friendly staff, The check-in process was efficient and seamless, and I was promptly shown to my elegant and spacious room inside a villa. They have villas and suites so you can bring your friends or family to enjoy the place together. The room itself was a haven of relaxation, featuring comfortable beds, and a breathtaking view of the resort's well-manicured gardens and traditional artwork. The restaurant served an array of mouthwatering Moroccan and international dishes, prepared by talented chefs . I had the opportunity to indulge in the spa's rejuvenating treatments, which left me feeling pampered and revitalized. From the hamam to the massage to the jacuzzi The swimming pools provided a refreshing escape from the Moroccan heat, and the expansive gardens provided a serene environment for relaxation and exploration.

Amazing staff, lush vibe, purely seamless experience

Most stunning villa I have ever been in - newly refurbished. Every room was genuine bliss and the outdoor landscaping and pool area was beautiful.

The only downfall was the temperature consistency of the showers - would fluctuate but no doubt this will get fixed as we were the first to stay post refurbishment.
