Very low value for money and not the most quiet

bad customer service and a nightmare to deal with them if you make the payment through booking.com. you will NOT get a business invoice from them nor booking.com. Dealing with them and logically explaining the matter is a futile endeavor thar will just result in frustration. Never have I experienced this at any hotel. Furthermore, the rooms are quite modest and you can easily hear neighbors through the walls. Bathrooms leave more to be desired. It's really mediocre at best snd very frustrating at worst when having to deal with some staff members.

Mediocre and Bad Customer Service

The rooms are very modest, most definitely not worthy of a 4 star hotel. facilities lacking and customer service quite bad with some staff members treating you as if they are doing you a favor. I had an accounting issue with them on a business trip which had never occurred for any other hotel that I have ever stayed in, anywhere in the world. conflicting answers were given and they remained entirely uncooperative to resolve it. suffice it to say, if you need a business invoice, you will not get it neither from them nor booking.com if using the platform to make the payment. this is the only hotel that has done so adamantly (among the many, many I have booked and paid for through the platform, although some staff members told me otherwise). Just be warned in that regard. For me, this experience was enough to put me off Hilton hotels ever again in the future. There are some good, polite, hardworking staff members but they are not in any influential roles. unfortunately they would not suffice in uplifting everything else.

Great location. Nice restaurant and bar area. Ample parking. Comfortable accommodations.

Das war gut , ganz Normal, von Boocking .com enttäscht.

Fürstückwar Normal, fast immer das gleiche, Personal war hiflsbreit.

Wir Haben Zimmer mit Balkon Reserviert, aber die Zimmer mit Balkon wurde gesperrt, und wir sollte Booking.com informieren. Wir haben zu viel Bezahlt, wir haben keine Chancen gehabt mit Booking.com kontaktieren, denn die haben kein Telefon und E-Mail-Adresse, wir waren nicht zu Frieden, wir haben gedacht wir bekommen deswegen wegen Zimmer ohne Balkon , die Unterschied Geld Zurück. Wir sind Enttäuscht, Falsche Angebot und keine Antwort.

The cleaning staff and desk services representatives were wonderful, knowledgeable, and kind. I felt safe and loved that everything was there within the hotel.

I wish the breakfast was included but my significant other had to pay. Also paid parking.

Parking costs $38 extra. No free parking anywhere. For the price, it's a little old and worn. Better nicer, more trendy options for the price. The front desk was a little rude. The parking situation sucks.

The beds were very comfy. We were able to get a high room but I’m sure that’s because we had two children and they put all of the children and pets on the top floors. It was fine by me though bc I wanted a high floor to be away from the down stairs noises. Rooms were clean. Bathroom was pretty small. Other than that good location was minutes from downtown.

The main reason I chose this hotel was for the indoor/outdoor pool. Only to be disappointed bc it was closed and not heated. My boys were so disappointed bc they wanted to swim. Guess it’s a lesson learned to call ahead of time before I book any future locations with pools. It was a real bummer. Everything else was okay.

Not like any other Hilton I ever stayed it

Price per night

Paying for parking, was told breakfast was complimentary but when I went down on Saturday and ate I was charged $25 when all I had was French toast, they didn't tell us it was only free on the weekdays, our refrigerator didn't work, it took til the end of the 2nd day there for them to come fix it, they allowed a cultural wedding to interfere with the comfortability and relaxation of other guests when they had music playing from 7am-10am on the 21st outside in front of the hotel using a huge speaker in a van and a megaphone

We had problems with loud kids on our floor the hotel staff at the front desk moved us to a beautiful suite on another floor we really appreciated that my husband also left his phone in our first room the hotel staff it and returned it we greatly appreciated this as well

3 stars hotel only, service needs to be Improved

When we checked in, room was cleaned but not toilet bowl, the toilet bowl with toilet paper and Urine in it, also we did not have enough toilet paper. We were rush out , did not say anything. The next morning I spoke to front desk about it and also requested for housekeeping service ,wash room cleaning only with extra amenities and towels after 12 pm since we would be out hotel after 12pm; when I was back to room at about 11:40 am , housekeeping had came already, we got extra amenities and towels but no toilet paper, also the washroom wasn't cleaned, again. We were back in hotel late evening, called front desk, requested for toilet paper, but waited for more than half an hour, no one delivered, I had to call again. Very bad service, so disappoint as it is Hilton and we paid big money for it.

For a hilton hotel, I expected better everything I guess

Location and great food and bar downstairs

I can hear everything in my room. The elevators took almost 20min every time because we were on the 30th floor. We heard both of our neighbors in the morning and evening. The sheets were not clean, it was pretty itchy at night i was uncomfortable. Our bathroom barely had any toilet paper so it was quite hectic when we found out too late. There was a convention so the whole parking lot was full of people that cant park. Especially when the parking lot even says "park at your own risk" even having to pay $28 each day.

Great location if you are in the DMV for a quick stay

Great location, clean room

Wi-fi didn't work which should have been included, breakfast was horrible, not enough vegan options, and way too much money for the such sub-standard fare. Also, the hotel had multiple conferences which overlapped with ours and we could check out later which meant I missed part of the last day due to the 11:00 a.m. checkout. The hotel cafe was way too pricey for their offerings.

Stay was great just unhappy about the billing, someone dropped the ball at some point.

Hotel charged me more than Booking .com conformation Booking .com was $127.03 hotel charged me $147.27 I was not to happy about that Desk clerk told me that I should always book directly with hotel to avoid that problem.
