The location was beautiful. I feel it was overpriced because of its location as the room was nothing over fantastic. Front desk was nice but had trouble finding a room to be ready at 4.30pm as they were fully booked . our check in was 4pm .
The doorman was extremely rude when we arrived in our taxi from the airport. He rudely told our taxi driver to drive around again as we were trying to pay for our fare, which would have took 2 mins. We drove around again and then he abused the cab driver again and said we where in a ‘trucks’ way. our cab driver said ‘I don’t care if u disrespect me , but don’t disrespect the customer’ and rolled forward again with us in the cab to let the Big UTE not a truck go past all while my son and I are in the cab . we finally paid our fare and got out of the car. the rude doorman came over to ask if we needed help . too late mate u made our first impression a pretty crap one by treating us that way on arrival .

Staff were welcoming and very helpful as we checked in very late.

Fireplace in room was great! Construction and train outside city view side but not really too bad for noise. Great views of water from lobby. Walkable to all the waterfront attractions, of which there are many. Lovely place to watch the sunset. Staff all awesome.
PRICE.

The hotel is lovely--we had a very beautiful room with a water view. The staff were friendly and helpful, always a bonus! The room was cozy and comfy.
I thought the price was a bit high for what we got, but I also understand it's all about the location near the water.
When I originally booked a room, I believe I had one with a city view and a bath tub but at check in got an "upgrade" with 2 beds, a water view but no tub--all in all though, I thought it was very nice to have 2 beds!
Overall very satisfied with the experience.

I loved the people. Everybody was very friendly. Brandon in Valet was very welcoming and made for a great arrival. I believe the gentleman named Justin helped us to our room and was very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were wonderful. I loved that we could see a great view of the New Year’s show of the top of the Space Needle and it made for a great night. The bed itself was comfortable.
The room was not at all set up as I expected it to be based on the photo advertised. I was expecting there to be a balcony, but we were on the top floor and only had the roof out our window. The pillows were awful and had no substance to them at all, so sleeping was almost non-existent. For $500 for the night I was very disappointed in that.

I was up graded to a waterfront room with a clawfoot tub. The view was unmatched. Mark who has worked at this place since the 90s was awesome to visit with in the bar. He definitely made my stay so much better.

Everything. For almost $800 a night, it was horrible.

It was alright as far as comfort
Having the room ready on time, not charging a $400 fee on top of everything. Cruise ship mooring in front an an Oceanview room, would've appreciated a heads up.
