Great Place to Enjoy a family trip or business

Love the rooms and facilities. also the valet service is pretty nice

Your front desk ladies are the first face to the hotel. Help them with a training when it comes to body language and face expression. they lack warmth, joy.and customers appreciate a smile.

Fabulous stay in Seattle... definitely not sleepless!

The location, the bed was so comfortable and bedding superb quality.

Food.... portions huge! Should offer small plates.

Excellent hotel in a prime location

We love the location of this hotel being so close to Pikes Place and the waterfront activities. Also can’t beat how close it is to the cruise port

Great location for boarding cruise lines. literally just across the street.

great location for boarding NCL. Near local attractions and great food. Clean and quiet. The restaurant downstairs had the best breakfast. Must try the chorizo gravy and biscuits with eggs on top! Exceptional!

Exactly want we wanted…last comfy night before husband left

Our room seemed to be near an air condition unit which came on and off through out the night

Wonderful stay. Would recommend and will stay again if in the area.

We arrived quite early in the day and were given an early check in. We really appreciated the ability to drop our luggage off in the luggage room but were even happier to be able to get to our room early.

Only option for parking was Valet service. They did a wonderful job but just got expensive as there is a fee to park on site in addition to tips.

Great location for Norwegian cruises!

-Location to pier 66! Right across the street! -super clean -quiet

Expensive for 1 night, but worth it for close proximity to cruise pier.

Perfectly situated on the waterfront

Perfectly situated on the waterfront like it was advertised decent room view best rooms with the furthest from the elevator. Bar doesn’t open up in the lobby until after 4 o’clock a little cardinal wreckers would’ve been nice

Location and staff were great. Strongly recommend revisiting your Wi-Fi policies.

We thought the location was GREAT!

Our room was advertised as having a water view; the view we had was a sliver of water and not what we expected. No hot tub at the hotel. Wi-Fi not being provided was a SHOCK! Then add the price being asked for Wi-Fi when guest generally are only in their room for a fraction of their stay. At the price we paid per night at an upper scale hotel having no free Wi-Fi was both surprising and disappointing.

Good location, but limited on site meals options made it harder for a family travelling

Location is very good and central to the main attractions

The resturant was closed, and you had to eat in the lobby. Not ideal with hungry kids after a big day sightseeing. Same for breakfast, no access to the breakfast buffet unless you were a member of the Marriot loyalty club. These were small things, but tainted our experience. No minibar in the rooms was also unusual

We enjoyed our 1 night stay but wish it would have included breakfast for the price we pay.

Cleanliness and location was perfect.

It did not include breakfast. Also paid parking so we ended just doing valet, you also have to pay for wifi if you aren’t a certain member

A wonderful way to experience the Puget Sound and complexities of a thriving urban center

Amazing view of the harbor from my room. The rooms are very quiet A great selection of snacks and beverages for purchase in a room off the lobby

Unusual smell in the carpeted hallways. The granite in the bathroom countertops was marked up.

The waterfront view was nice. The proximity to downtown area and sporting events was good. The bed was comfortable.

1. It took bell staff a long time to get our bags up to our room. 2. The phones were not answered promptly at front desk or operator, and guest services.
