Did not worth the price.

Location and the staff at the bar are very nice. The guy who made my checkout was very unfriendly, it was awkward to even ask him things because he was very grumpy. It’s not the customers fault that they hate their job.

It is very expensive for what they have to offer. The listing doesn’t say anything about a $300 dollars deposit and then they will give it back to you in a week, so if you’re on vacation, don’t count with that money and bring some extra one.

Good location and not too pricey for Santa Monica

Really comfy bed, lovely room and nice vibe in hotel.

Check in and check out staff are quite rude, and hardly speak to you or smile . The guy who checked us out didn’t seem to know what he was doing and it turns out that he didn’t. It’s a shame because all of the other hotel staff were lovely and helpful.

Hôtel propre, lits très comfortables, bonne pression de douche.

Personnel incompétent à la réception. Trois personnes pour le check in, trois personnes et 40 minutes pour le check out. J’ai dû montrer que mon tarif incluait le pétit déjeuner au check in et de nouveau au check out. En fait, ça n’inclut pas le pétit déj mais un avoir de usd 27 par personne et par nuit à depenser dans leur restaurant pour le pétit déj. Croissant usd 8, café de filtre 5. Granola avec fruits usd 12. Petit déj américain usd 27 +tax. Parking seulement valet usd 60 plus tax plus usd 15 de frais, un vol. Vérifiez bien vos factures. A 800mt du quai de Santa Monica, pas très rasurée pour rentrer la nuit tous seuls, on passe par des endroits avec éclairage nul, et des personnages droguées dans le chemin. Usd33 pour des amenities qu’on les utilise ou pas: piscine, vélos (sans freins presque, sans vitesse), gym. On nous a pas laissé des produits dans la salle de bains: on a dû appeler pour qu’ils nous amènent gel de douche et shampoing. Nous avions 3 chambres: pour l’une d’elles le coffre ne marchait pas: apparament pas de piles et nous plus de temps pour recclamer. Je n’y reviendrai plus.

Sijainti kävelymatkan päässä rannalta. Ystävällinen palvelu ravintolassa ja concierge Hugo oli todella ystävällinen ja avulias. Huoneessa kiva parveke, josta näkymä merelle. Kylpyhuonetta lukuunottamatta ihan tyytyväinen huoneeseen. Ei kuitenkaan tullut mitään "vau" tunnetta huoneesta.

Epäystävällisiä ja ammattitaidottoman oloisia työntekijöitä vastaanotossa. Kävi ilmi, että veloittivat luottokortilta yli tuplat huoneen hinnasta ja heihin ei saa yhteyttä asian korjaamiseksi, eivät vastaa soittoihin eivätkä sähköposteihin. Muutenkaan hinta ei pidä paikkaansa booking.com varauksessa ilmoitetun hinnan kanssa ja he yrittävät laskuttaa paikan päällä ylimääräisiä "veroja" ja muita maksuja. Suosittelen kiertämään tämän kaukaa.

Would not return.

Rooms had multiple issues and had to change. Aircon failures. No working room phone to contact reception. Dark rooms/poor lighting (avoid back rooms in cabana) The Big issue was that they significantly overcharged my credit card by thousands of dollars. Customer service to rectify the issue was slow and had little care. The room rate/brand did not match expectations.

Zimmer genau wie gebucht mit OceanView + Balkon + 2 Betten. Sehr ruhig, Top Lage für Strand zu Fuß.

Super ruhig. Die Zimmer waren hervorragend isoliert! Von den Nachbarn nichts gehört. Die Tür selbst hatte einen Spalt (im Flur ist ja aber selten was los) und als wir einmal raus sind, haben wir aus dem Nachbarzimmer ein lautes Telefonat gehört auf dem Flur. Im Zimmer zuvor aber nichts gehört, also super isolierte Zimmer. Die Lage war perfekt. Wir waren mit dem Mietauto unterwegs und mit dem Auto perfekt zu erreichen. Tagsüber Ausfllüge, abends die 10 min zu Fuß zum Strand Santa Monica gelaufen. Dort spazieren, shoppen, Abendessen, zu Fuß zurück. Nachts super ruhig, wir waren im 6. Stock mit OceanView(der super war, über die Dächer hinweg den Ozean in der Ferne zu sehen, toll. Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen weil wir nur Obst frühstücken und daher kein Frühstück gebucht hatten. Pool nicht genutzt, aber es gibt nette Sitzplätze um den Pool mit Feuerschalen abends, soviel haben wir gesehen. Valet Parking hat ganz gut funktioniert, nicht ganz mein Ding einmal war auch eine abgeschabte Felge welche vermutlich daher kam. Bei Mietwagen mit Vollversicherung kein Thema, beim eigenen PKW hätte das zu Ärger geführt. Alles in allem, top Empfehlung für das Hotel sehr gut isolierte Zimmer, nachts ruhig (zumindest wenn man Ocean View Ausrichtung hat) Balkon war ebenfalss gut. Sehr gerne wieder. Valet Parking gabs dann Rabatt weil "Lanzeit" bei einer Woche glaube statt 55.- nur 30.- Dollar. war eine angehme Überraschung, damit hatte ich nicht gerechnet.

Allgemein betrachtet, gabs nichts was nicht gefallen hat. Für uns war es perkekt, einzig die angekratze Felge welche vermutlich beim Valet Parking passiert ist war not so nice. Der Rest top :)

California holiday

Fantastic staff especially Parveen, atilano, and the concierges Jimmy, Hugo, and Emerson couldn't have been more helpful with their local knowledge. Ana the receptionist was extremely helpful on our first night. The cleaning staff were excellent also.

les petits déjeuners inclus ne l’étaient que pour 2 personnes sur 4, les 2 autres étaient pour les enfants en dessous de 12 ans alors que nous étions 4 adultes; douche avec fuite, pas access au balcon car porte coincée, pas niveau d’un 4 étoiles

Rainy Weekend at the Beach

La habitación muy cómoda, sobre todo la cama y la tina de baño. La vista hacia la avenida también muy bonita. El personal muy atento. Hablan inglés y español. Está muy cerca de la playa de Santa Mónica como para ir caminando, tiene un Starbucks y Walgreens cerca. La pileta era climatizada, pero llovió y no me pude meter. El gym tiene maquinas nuevas y en excelentes condiciones.

Cuando fui había una huelga de empleados que duraba todo el día desde las 7 am y no te dejaba descansar tranquilo. Debido a esta huelga el desayuno que tenía incluido, sólo fueron complementos. Recién el último día pude desayunar bien. Llovió durante toda mi estadía.

It’s fine, met my standards in terms of budget/safety as a solo woman traveller but stay savvy.

Beds were comfy and staff were mostly super polite and friendly. Room service was very quick, quality of food was ok. Lobby is nice, and they offer champagne (which I didn’t have but is a nice feature).

When I checked in they tried to downgrade my room - I’d booked a deluxe king and they sent me to a tiny room on a high floor next to the lifts with no bath. I realised it didn’t fit the spec I’d paid for and asked to move. They just said it was a refurbed room and didn’t apologise, I had to make sure I was given the correct room specification. They didn’t argue back though so the move was relatively easy once I spoke up. I’ve uploaded photos of the difference in room type for reference. It’s also not the most soundproof - I could hear the conversation of the guests in the room next to me.

Great hotel in a fab location with the best staff

The staff definitely made this hotel. Tracy at reception was was welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. The security outside were also superb and friendly.

No tea or coffee facilities in the room.

Locatia buna

Locatia, zona linistita destul de aproape de plaja, curatenia.

Serviciile, atitudinea personalului nu tocmai prietenoasa, zgomotul din hotel. In tipul sejurului angajatii hotelului erau in greva si nu a fost o experienta tocmai placuta sa te trezesti in zgomot, sa nu poti sa chemi un uber in fata hotelului. Nu am primit niciun discount pentru tot disconfortul creat.

Terrible, never again

Absolutely nothing.

They ruined our vacation: 1. The quality of the hospitality was very low, hotel’s employees are not kind at all with the customer. 2. The Room was supposed to be “ocean view”, it was “construction site view” were the worker start a very noisy job at 7:00 am 2. The room was cleaned every day, we heard different excuses from the fake one like: “there was the do not disturb sign on the door” to the funny one: the cleaning company is not available the whole day because is 3rd party. 3. Delays every day to get the breakfast (between 30 to 45 minutes). When we expressed our complain, the answer for the manager on duty was that we were not the only customer at the hotel. 4. We need to store a medicine in the fridge, the one in the room was not working, to fix the issue took 4 hours. 5. Put on the top of all what listed above that you have to pay additional 45$ as parking fee and there is no other option where to park the car.

the walkability is super. the staff that stepped in had great positive attitudes and tried making us comfortable.

there was a staff strike that made things uncomfortable in terms of feeling badly crossing the picket lines. we hope contracts are favorable to all parties.
